To me this game had a very awesome start, it gave me the feel of fallout 3 kinda of; you are looking for your son. Which is a flip of Fallout 3. Well I only taken the Institute route and done every single quest ever that can be done so I have some experience.

Pros: Nice enviroment and graphical qualities. Also loved that when you have a partner certain things are liked and disliked by them and if you do more liked stuff they will get attached to you and I think thats awesome. The whole story for itself is pretty amazing except the ending. I feel like there wasn't really any reward for your achievements; accomplishments(Thats just the Institute route). Like any other RPG I love that there is routes; they're so many factions you can join and each one will have there own goals and achievements. Personally to me, in RPG's, I do not like to redo one simply cause I have already lived the story how I wanted to live it; if I play again it won't be the same.

Cons: Since the beginning of the game you learn about "settlements". Settlements are bases in the game that you will track down and protect. You can also find scrap and junk and make building and equipment for the settlements. Every settlement requires food, water, shelter, and defense. The reason why it is a con is because I feel like it takes you away from the actual game. So many times I be doing a quest and the game tells me, "a settlement is in trouble go help them!". Man that is like laying in bed and finally get super comfortable then you forgot to turn off the lights. I just think the settlements are out of place in the game; it feels like a crossover game more than Fallout. I am not here to worry about other people, I am here to do quest and get awesome loot! Also another thing as I spent time in the game, it feels a lot like skyrim in a way. How the animals and mechanics react just makes me feel like I am in skyrim again. This isn't really a con but just something to thing about if you play.

I have played 3 through 4 and still say that Fallout 3 is the best in the series, but all things said this game is definitely worth the time cause the side quests are pretty good.
