Absolutely chill game, I bought copies for my friends as testament to how much I love this game. progression feels good and the various secrets in the game are worth discovering.

At the moment the developer has stated that they're figuring out what to do next, whether they update the game or move on to another, I wish them luck all the same. If they do update the game further, I hope they update the game with more of what we already have, or maybe just some small additions like changing seasons, day/night cycle, etc. (personal favorite my friend and I talked about, adding new islands/areas with their own progression, eg. desert with sand fishing)

an addictive game that I am glad exists.

challenging but rewarding, all of the bosses are unique and a blast to fight, along with that DLC is still being pumped out that lets you play a campaign from the perspective of a few of the bosses.

Pros:
- tight controls, always makes you feel in control
- each character has a unique way of moving around
- a nice and fun campaign

Cons:
- a few tough spots, but then again I'm terrible with platformers

fun game with a challenge of not starving, or going insane, or dying, or all of the above.

Pros:
- challenging but fun
- added multiplayer makes the experience harder, but still fun (in a chaotic way).
- makes survival fun instead of constantly having to fill a constantly draining bar to stay alive, you have to survive by keeping wilderness at bay, keep a constant supply of food (winter is coming), and keep your sanity up which is the base of the horror aspect, the lower your sanity, the more whispers and horrors you'll see pop up at night.
- a nice art style
- challenge is rewarded with more challenges
- winter is coming

Cons:
- most content is end game (read bonus for why we can't get to end game)

Bonus:
- someone always ends up hoarding all of the food and supplies *cough* derek *cough* we never make it to end game.
- that one time a friend of mine wanted to open a gate while he had a torch in his hand and accidentally burned the entire base down.
- first experience with a giant made everyone in the skype call actually freak out
- winter for the few first weeks I played with friends felt like a legitimate challenge we had to overcome compared to other games

Best Aspect of Game:
- because you work for everything for in game days on end, it feels soul crushing dying. Death in this game is so well handled because death in this game doesn't mean you restart the day, it means you restart entirely. Every structure, item, scrap of food, and experience from the last game is gone, and you have to start form the very beginning and work your way up. This weight on death gives you the fealing of "maybe this run we'll survive". While most survival games make death feel common by having it so you can restart the day, this game makes death meaningful by making every mistake spiral into a vortex of death. (almost everything I put in Bonus)

Score: A well deserved 9/10

really fun game! although the ammount of fog is kinda much (my pc is low end and i'm currently saving for a graphics card and because of my low fps no online for me, but that's my pc not the game) the game as a whole is fun to play and brings back some of the good times of DS1! if you liked DS1 or are just joining, it's a really fun game that i really recommend

so much fun! love the gameplay, and artstyle... plus ITS FREE!!!

i really like how the game not only feels but plays, its fast paced at times and is tons of fun and replayability! id say id really reccomend it!

i bought the game, but it says i don't have the "full version" i havn't played this for so long, and they changed so much, the archers have no mobility anymore, climbing is a hastle and you move slower now.

laggy as heck (yet i can run other games like archeage perfectly fine) and its very unresponsive and very litle customization! i dont like the game, also the artstyle and songs are good its not that god 3/10 waste of my money :I

a really fun game that is awesome to play! i really recommend this to fans of LOL and other MOBAs (being a unique MOBA itself) and is really easy to pick up! the only problem is some people (like most MOBAs) play only the OP chars but thats mostly the community... 9/10
