Boring sequel that tries to be a roguelike despite having little to no elements of one. The game is just the endless mode from the other one but with more items. Not worth how much they are asking.

I've only just gotten it and pretty much fallen in love. I'm not much for detailed game reviews so I'll just say it's a bit like they are billions and that it's quite hard! So if you enjoy some tough RTS/city building games with a medieval setting this one is worth a try.

Probably the worst game I've played this year and only proves to me that no matter who you are or what you do, If you put yourself out there you'll get a following.

Fun game. But ♥♥♥♥ mages.

While i am going to recommend this game you 'MUST' understand something about this one. Yes it is a RTS in a way but not like your thinking. For one the units do not take orders like most RTS game units. Your orders are more like "suggestions" on what you want your ants to do.

You place a set of ants under a pheromone number (1 to 5) and you then place a marker where you want that pheromone to be. The ants under this pheromone will then start to make their way to it, attacking anything and getting food as they go along. however! like i said before its more like a suggestion and not a hard order. Nine times out of ten if you have lets say, 10 black ants under a pheromone and place it somewhere. maybe like 7 or less will go there within seconds. The rest will take their sweet time before doing as they are told.

This can and will get under your skin when you start fighting larger bugs. The amount of times i have lost games due to the damn ants going into a fight in ones or twos and getting killed off before doing any real damage is unreal. Oh yeah, and this game is very very, VERY unforgiving on harder difficulties.

It will not give you a second chance when you ♥♥♥♥ up that is for sure, and the harder, more powerful bugs can easily solo most of your warrior ants if you do not go about it in the right way. (PS, despite this game being about ants, vast numbers does not always = a win ) Looking at you Devil's coach horse beetle...

If you made it this far and are still reading, yeah i would recommend getting this one. The devs are super friandly and chill and are still updating the game. It does have something going for it but like i said, it will piss you off sometimes so dont play it like any normal RTS.
