This game is actually good, and I'm tired of pretending it's not.

Comparing to Fall Guys since that's obviously what the game is based on:

PROS:

++GAME WASTES NO TIME!
Getting in a match is quick. Lower player counts means waiting for less people to qual, and starting the next match is also much quicker. Waaaay better than Fall Guys.
+BETTER CONTROLS
Much easier to move around, and diving gives you a slight speed boost in the air, making this game feel much more like a 3d platformer and less like a ragdoll simulator.
+GENEROUS COSMETICS
This game hands out cosmetics like candy, giving you skins for free every day, especially if you pay for the packs and premium passes.
+ACTUALLY ON STEAM
Does not require an epic games account
+TEAM GAMES ARE BACK
Soccer is back, plus with an interesting control point game with rocket launchers. Makes me feel nostalgic for old Fall Guys.

--PAY TO WIN
This game has "Special Emotes" that give you a direct advantage over competition. The punch emote gives you a notable advantage in survival minigames. The kick emote can also be used to extend your dive on flat ground, allowing you to beat race rounds faster if you have enough room. These only appear in premium passes, which cycle every month. So really the true price of this game if you want to be competitive is at least $10-15 over the course of one or two months (I would personally pay that much for this game). The special emotes are fun, but it sometimes makes me feel bad using them since not everyone has easy access to them.
-ONE MUSIC TRACK DURING GAMEPLAY
Just play the Super Monkey Ball soundtrack in the background, I did it for Fall Guys anyway.

For me personally, the pros outweigh the ♥♥♥♥, however the special emotes being hard to acquire makes it difficult for me to recommend this game to everyone.

This game is incredibly fun. It's one of those games that gives you that hype of adrenaline while playing with its fast paced gameplay. Online play generally works well (1v1 works perfectly). There is a couple of things I would change or add such as editable color palletes and soundtrack (which is already decent), the ability to browse through host games, and a larger character roster (since they added Dice im assuming they plan to add more in the future). Although it may look simple, it's way worth the asking price.
