As his name suggests, he is the embodiment of destruction, combining nuclear fusion reactions with explosive and adhesive methods to not only cause devastation but also leave lasting aftereffects on his enemies.

After the dissolution of the Fuzz nation by the World Government, he wandered aimlessly, eventually being called upon by Whistie to join eA. Before bringing him on board, Whistie made sure that the Employee of the Month prepared proper radiation-proof suits and conducted several physical exams. Surprisingly, RadioActive possessed an extraordinary ability—he was immune to radiation.

RadioActive then requested Employee of the Month to create more efficient weapons for him, and the resulting weapon's power is said to be so overwhelming that even eA might struggle to contain it.
