This is a fast paced game that is pretty well made with a lot of explination on what you have to do and acheive to excel in your new gas station and convienience store business. A lot of mini games with customers pumping gas and checking them out. Plus a little local pain the butt to screw you up from time to time if your not paying attention. You can paint and decorate the place keep it clean customers will complain about it if you don't And tip you if you do a good job. Be prepaired to run around like a chicken with it's head cut of for a while but it can be a lot of fun if you like face paced games!
For the price you can't go wrong to change up your game play for a while!

I've played a lot of games for a long time this one is most impressive!
And being a 57 year old man that grew up in the days of Cowboys and Indian Movies & Shows I tell you if we had this to play as well those times would never had died and be just as popular today.
I thought I knew a lot about our great country and the animal and bird life as well as plant life here but this game has taught me even more as well as even more apreciation for what we have and the beauty that needs to be explored.
This is the first Red Dead game I have played and I just started playing it a few days ago and can hardly stop each day and can't wait to get back to it is the best compliment I can offer above and beyond what I have already mentioned!
You don't know what your missing until you try it!
Everything is truly alive from the people in the towns to the animals and wild life and the horses you learn to take care of and bond with and all go on with their lives with or without you. The stories you hear and become a part of or just soak up and listen to are well written and entertaining as well as the music in the background or being played by people around you!
So much to experience and explore it's unbelieveable!

Take the time to watch the world around you see the Eagles and Hawks swoop down and grab a rabbit running or a fish out of the water or see the vultures and crows and ravens come and feed off a kill. See the fish jump for bugs or the Cyotties or a fox chase down and kill an animal.

And see the human ugliness as well of the times the start of the KKK after the Civil War the burning of cross's
and slave quarters and poor areas outside of towns for Blacks of the times outside of the plantations of the South.

The attention to detail is off the scale the sounds and the visual beauty as well as the ugliness too!

Choose the Man you want to be even as an Outlaw a heart of gold or a man of Evil. Either way take it all in or you have missed what has been created here a master piece.

They say you can finish this game in 80 hours of play I have over 300 hours now and say I am not done yet too much you can easily miss if you rush through it from NPC random conversations and hidden things to find and do. Just remember one thing these times were brutal and hard! This is an honest depiction story of the times so expect your heart strings to be pulled this is not a story book ending from Disney. Cowboy's rode hard, died young and fast and rarely does greed, revenge and murder go unpunished or is easily forgotten! With the invention of the telegraph and now the phone and news travel by train our great country seemed so much smaller and a lot harder to hide from the law.

Awesome Simulator As an a retired ASE Certified Automotive Master Tech I missed working on cars big time and this is about as close as I can get to working back in a shop all over again.
Very addictive and fun is this best compliment I can give it!
And I just turned 57 years old.

A fun game no doubt about it!
Can be very time consuming and loose track of time playing it easily!
Can be a bit hectic trying to take care of all the tenants complaints and needs at times depending on how many you have especially while doing jobs trying to make extra money and when the occasional disaster happens.
Sometimes the game will force you to do things you may or may not be ready for like take out a loan or open up a new district when you don't feel you have the income yet.
So it can be a fast paced game to keep you on your toes if your looking for a slow and easy game to play.

Only ran into one bug so far with a baby sitting job as an agent the guy refuses to call me about a broken refrigerator so can't clear the job. Otherwise no issues so far in game play but the jobs do seem to become repetitive.

All in all a thumbs up from me!

Nothing like owning your own business and guiding how you want to run your day and what you want to own and do with no one at your back telling you what to do!

Just you nature and the machines you own and run. You can't help but learn to admire the men and women out there that provide the food we eat after starting to see what's involved with farming in the modern age especially now with the Seasons Mod out for the Sim. The failed crops the seasons to deal with flucuating prices weather conditions and so much more. The plowing, cultivating, lime, fertalizing, bailing, seeding, feeding collecting and so much more.

And I see a lot more coming in the future to make it even more realistic. Time to forget your real life and loose yourself in a world few of us have a clue about but enjoy each and every day on our tables because of all their hard work! Come see what the farming community is all about by yourself or with others.

I am new to this franchise never owned or played any of the older versions of it before and I admit if it hadn't been for the YouTube video's I had watched that people posted I might never had considered ever buying this Simulation but now that I have I wish I had enjoyed it much sooner.

After a long days work with my machines I clean them off with the pressure washer making them nice again repair them for the next days work as the moon rises in the sky and the crickets start to cherp then head to the house go to sleep wake up at the crack of dawn ready to start another days work just like the farmers do in real life.

Work your fields or accept contracts on other peoples farms helping them with their work to earn extra money for new equipment or do both the choice is yours but have fun and enjoy growing something for a change of pace. Buy more land have more fields add cattle, sheep, pigs and chickens sell eggs, wool, milk with your crops and expand to become the farmer you always thought about.

So far I am finding this one of the most adictive and interesting games to date that I have purchased. I have only been playing it in normal speed taking my time trying to achive the number of animal kills and builds the game sets forth for extra points for the tech tree before moving on to later periods of tech and time and not to move onto other types of animals either. Playing in normal mode so far. Hungry Lion prides, protective mother bears and wolves oh my!

Seeing the changes in animal migrations people and animal behavier learning to take advantage of animal kills for resorces and more. I strongly sugest using the Primal vision often and watch to see if wolf packs or Lion Prides are keeping other animals away from your people which can make it hard to get skins, meat and bones for use. Sometimes they help drive them to your people other times they can keep them away from you. Mamoth's and other heavy Herbavor's defend their young fiercly and often leave dead preditor's for you to scavange Primal Vision will help you see and find all of these situations.

The visuals and dynamics of the game are great and getting better with each update the Developers are putting out.

With only playing in 1x speed never speeding up and enjoying the game the way it is meant to be it will take a long time to reach the later dates in time and I will fully get to enjoy all it has to offer and understand all the time period changes.

Only things I see missing is the stone age start living in caves and using leanto's and bone weapons and rocks the bronze age in the tech tree needs leather armor as well and then to steel armor in later times with shields too.

One last sugeston please remember to sound the warning horn when a raiding party is close to your village your domesticated dog's and all armed villagers will attack them together while all unarmed people head to the huts for cover and stay safe. Those domesticated dog's will be your best fighters against all attackers animal and human alike.

While some things are missing there is no doubt it covers a lot and is very enjoyable to me at least and I have played a lot of games over the years of this type and can not find a lot of fault with it. You will find more fault with my spelling I am sure after my strokes! LOL

I just bought and started to play the game and I can't put it down already loosing sleep trying to force myself to stop.
A lot to learn and so maany possabilites and I havn't even come close to leaving the planet I crash landed on.

I have no other game to compair it to and personally from what I can tell in a league of it's own anyways.

I have everything cranked graphics wise and no issues stutters or slow downs what so ever.

This is the first large DLC pack with a lot of possabilities and use in the game plus two new types of track rides to go with it for even more creativity.

So far I have seen a lot of nice creations from it and it's been less than a week.

A nice add on for the game.

I bought this a week ago March of 2017 and I have had a hard time not playing it.
While I strongly sugest having a good P.C. set up to run it as it can be very resorce heavy and visually stunning for a simulator when maxed out but it stutters once in a while and over time the sound effects can screw up after hours of playing.

As for game play I sugest holding off renting the new company office as long as you can so you have enough money to buy more equipment so you can get larger payout contracts once you have the monthly rent on the property as well as Insurance and taxes plus pay for employee's if you wish to have help with contracts.

Getting a roller is not a good idea unless you have room for a Tracktor and trailer combo to take it to a site. Getting a Cement mixer without the pumper truck is not a good idea as most jobs need the combo of the two. So you need 100's of thousands saved up to handle buying the new vehicles and the first couple of months of rent for it all till jobs can be compleated and you get into the grove of it all.

Mothly playouts start the second your vehicles are transfered to the new City Headquarters each month which is only a couple of hours of game play away.

So plan ahead of time and you will do well.

If they come out with a newer version of this game I would snatch it up quick that is my best explination of how much I am enjoying this one.

Can be interesting and challenging as far as managment skills and over coming built in chanlenges in the game.
They reciently add a big fix and new themes as well as rides for free instead of an added pay for add on which is rare now a days and shows they care about the game and the people who already own it.

The community who own the game are constanty making new theme scenery and buildings to use in your parks which is very nice.

Lots of bits and pieces to use in the game to customize every bit of your parks you work on and build and interesting ways the people who come to your park react to all you do and have.

Your imagination can run wild and look pretty awesome when all is said and done.
