Another incredible remake by Capcom.

The graphics are gorgeous and the optimization is great (I have an RTX 4070 and I was running everything on ultra 4k without a single issue). The gameplay is very fluid and really makes you feel like you are playing as a badass secret agent, although a dodge button could have made it even better. The length is average, although this was also true for the original. The maps look absolutely gorgeous, as do the weapons and character models.

Now, what are some things I found a bit disappointing? First, the dialogue; I know a lot of people prefer the new dialogue, with the more grounded and serious Leon... However, I just can't bring myself to not miss greatly some of Lion's iconic one lines (''Your right hand comes off???''; ''You're small time, Saddler''...). Even with this, I really enjoy new Ashley more, and she feels like a real person this time around, Leon is also way more consistent with his personality in Resident Evil 2.

So? 9.9/10, would play again. RE4 was one of my all time favorites, and this remake really does it justice in such a wonderful way, it conserves the essence of the original Resident Evil 4 while improving on almost every aspect.

A great tactical game that is a throwback to the likes of SWAT and Rainbow Six Vegas 2, and man does it do a good job.

The gameplay is inmersive and highly enjoyable (specially with friends), the game looks beatiful (Although in dire need of a performance fix) and the missions are unique with somehow fleshed out ''plotlines''.

If I had to say one bad thing about the game is that night vision is worthless, since the enemy AI can see perfectly in the dark and has almost perfect accuracy when shooting. They really need to fix the enemy AI.

A modern classic and a must buy for fans of the genre.

Music 10/10: So many memorable tracks, from the main menu music to the Dancer or Soul of Cinder...

Enemies 9/10: Nothing wrong with them, good variety of them, most feel very fair.

Bosses 9/10: This game truly shines here. As always there's a few stinkers, but the majority of bosses are really good and some of them outright unforgetable.

In terms of armors, weapons, scenery, visual design... the DLC is a 10/10. However the extreme unfairness holds it back.

Simply put, everything wrong about Elden Ring has been amplified in this DLC.

Basic mobs will one shot any character, their spells behave like heat seeking missiles and the DLC saluctree mechanic is barely noticeable.

Bosses are hilariously unbalanced and just not fun to fight. I particularly love the 20-feet-jumping-spinning-instant transmission-endless combos bosses use, that are clearly designed for a different game (Maybe Sekiro?) and just don't work with how slow and clunky the elden ring character is.

Another Fromsoftwer masterpiece, up there with Bloodborne among some of the best games of all time.

I finished my first playthrough at around 80 hours, and they were some of the most fun, engaging and interesting I can recall in gaming. Elden ring takes the classic souls formula and improves upon it in every way, from the freedom of the open world to ashes of war, new magic and miracle mechanics, improved movement and more enemy and boss variety than ever.

The visual design in particular deserves to be spoken about. It is crazy how almost every single location looks gorgeous or straight up magical, not a single area of this game has bland artistic direction, it is percect.

The result is what can only be called a masterpiece. Does it have flaws? Yes, the camera is pretty bad (they still haven't figured out how to make the camera zoom out when fighting giant enemies) and the staggering is overdone. Worth noting that while the game is beautiful, the graphics could have been better, and the optimization is quite bad, with Ray Tracing tanking performance, as well as the lack of DLSS or widescreen support.

In the end, though, I'd rate it a 9.5/10, almost perfect.
