They are both adults and if they consent, it should be a go. Ciri is adopted, no biological relations. Many times in the game they were looking at each other suggestively and holding hands sensually. If somehow some hidden choices led to their union, it would have been a masterclass twist. Geralt cared for Ciri in many ways than just as a father, and vise versa. He watched her grow from a small kid to a beautiful mature young woman. Her romance life isn't steady due to her feelings for Geralt. At some point in the game she was annoyed when Yen cut short their hug. They are perfect for each other. The blind mage could sniff the sexual tension between them from a mile away and even commented on it. Their romance will give many of us a closure.
