This game shows incredible promise. At this time it's mostly just 7 different power sets and a sizable city to roam around in, collecting upgrade parts and completing the occasional mission such as boss fights and races. The lack of content is made up for by the sheer depth of each power. Every single one uses the game's physics in unique ways that each take different skills to master. Several of which are so engaging to use that they could easily be given their own separate games. On top of that, each power has 2 upgrades that range from slightly tweaking a power's use, to changing it to a completely different power with similar controls (i.e. turning webslinging into a grappling hook)

The lack of content may make the game a bit pricey at the moment, but if you're looking for a VR superhero movement simulator, there may be nothing better than this.

I cautiously recommend this game, when it's on sale. As a nostalgic return to the classic Beach Head 2000, it's great, particularly in VR.

Trouble is that this game seems to have had its heart set on integrating its own cryptocurrency: Beach Head Dollar. All of the stuff promised on the store page is planned to be sold on an in-game marketplace using said token. I have no idea what the future holds for this game now that Valve has made its stance against blockchain games.

There has been no indication since then that the company intends to continue developing this game.

It's really relaxing and satisfying to see the end result. Nothing more to say here

Great spaceflight sim! A bit rough around the edges, but the basic thrill of leaving the atmosphere is worth the occasional awkwardness of flipping some switches.

This game is really good. Very precise and intuitive controls. It's easy to do cool tricks, but the real fun of the game is hitting the perfect trick in the perfect spot. Plenty of mod support too, so you can tweak most of everything to your liking.

I wouldn't have made it out of high school without this game. Also, it helped me get over my crippling fear of insects. Nowadays I'm a one woman bug-genociding army AND an expert mathematician. All thanks to this one brilliant game!

I really want to like this game, the new weapons are a great way to add variation to the first game, and new maps are always a good thing, i just find that the new art style {animations in particular) to be very distracting. everything is flailing around in Nidhogg 2, and that makes the foreground blend in with the levels way too often. Plus, there's not much new gameplay here, so owners of the first game may have a hard time justifying parting with $15 for it,

TL:DR: don't let all the negativity turn you away, if it sounds interesting, and you don't mind that it might not be officially out for a while, give it a try, it's a hell of a lot better than reviews on here make it look.

Where to start DayZ? It's an idea so good that it spawned a flood of copycat games rushed to market to gain a quick easy buck, it's also a very controversial title due to it's "long" development cycle. Many people despise DayZ for this, however, I believe it is severely misunderstood. Yes, the game has been in development for longer than anticipated, no this is not uncommon for software development, especially when goals change, and it is decided to basically rebuild the engine out from under the game. And no, the developers have not abandoned the title, a company this big couldn't get away with something like that without killing its credibility and possibility of profits later. The game's been significantly reworked so far, with a new renderer (immensely improved performance), sound engine (beautiful sounds everywhere), and player controller (basically changes everything about how you do anything) coming sometime soon, and beta seemingly just around the corner, DayZ's looking a whole lot better now than it ever has before.
