I was so excited about this game and bought it immediately, under the illusion that they wouldn't scam me! I was wrong. I could list several points as to why I feel this way:

- The game offers almost no features without the use of community mods; with the mods, it crashes.
- There is only one type of building for each service and house. It looks anything but nice.
- The GUI is confusing (when I place a park, I can't see the buildings because the grids are so opaque)
- Almost no traffic features (you can make a stop sign for every lane or for no lane on the intersection. How about give way?).
- So many things are not well thought out and I'm sure the developers don't like the game as it is either.
- And the crappy season and weather thing. Really, from the bottom of my heart, nobody cares about that. It's a fun gimmick to put in the game when everything else works!

I'm writing this review after trying the game 3 times now and giving it more than a year to grow and develop.
