TLDR: Fallout 4 VR feels like a VR mod rather than a full port.

-Visuals
It looks like Fallout 4. Textures are muddy, lighting is mostly meh and, people and animals look like they're made of clay: classic Bethesda

-Gameplay
Fallout 4 VR feels worse than most VR shooters. This game is not able to achieve the same suspension of disbelief that other VR games can.
Due to piss poor particle effects, sound design and weapon models none of the weapons feel substantial. The lackluster hit detection and lack of 2 handed grip don’t help either.
Unlike most VR titles, in fallout 4 VR the player is very limited in how they can interact with the world. For example, You cannot:
-Pick up objects with your hands. Instead you use a button prompt to vacuum things into your inventory
-Open doors manually. This is done with a button prompt
-Drop items that are in your hands without using a menu
-Price
I bought (and refunded) this game on sale for $17.99 and considering it feels like a mod, I’d only pick this one up if it were free.

-Performance
I didn’t have any noticeable performance problems with a 5700XT and a Ryzen 9 3900X. Loading times were also relatively quick

-Bugs, glitches and other nastiness
-Being able to clip through some objects
-Being able to reach through walls and interact with things on the other side
-The game thought I had two different VR controllers
-VR Experience
Fallout 4 Vr does offer numerous settings to attempt to accommodate any type of VR player. Though I’d recommend avoiding the smooth movement as even after ~250hrs in VR the smooth movement in this game managed to make me feel ill. Menus are navigated with the thumbstick rather than the point and click approach that most VR titles use.

Fallout 4 VR feels more like a VR mod for the original game than a full port. Bethesda severely missed the mark on how a VR title should look and feel to play.
