Another great neptunia game. New interesting characters, especially Plutia (I loved her). It is shame they are not returning in next game. This would be my second favorite neptunia game indeed!

Last main game in series... It was really good indeed! There is new graphics, some battle system and world map adjustments... but aside from that everything is the same as in the previous games. I enjoyed the story, characters and battle. I did not really like new "path" system where you build and travel on roads and you (yeah that sucks the most) encounter monsters on these roads... I mean it really gets annoying over time... It there were like events or items too... but just monsters... nah thanks! I got normal ending and I am not planning to play again since there was never a reason for me to do so in neptunia games... But still really good experience and another great nep nep game! 7,5/10

This game was a surprise for me. I jumped into the series without knowing what the games are really about. All I knew was that it is a long running jrpg series and as the titles of the games prompt, the main element is alchemy. The biggest shock for me was time management. There is no grind in this game and the difficulty of it lies in a big amount of stuff to do in a short period of time. In the first half it was all easy and smooth but later (and post game) it was almost shocking. For a newbie in this series like me it is kinda unexpected how the post game dungeons are hard and how I neglected some elements that I did not consider important. But even then there is lot of stuff you can achieve that is not possible to do in one run. This game just tells all completionists "it will be a long ride". Since I am not craving to having all 100 % I just enjoyed it (aftertime too) with all that slice of life atmosphere and after more than 20 hours of playing I finished it (aftertime was a huuuuge fail -> I was not able to do post game dungeons, cook some complicated stuff and create time machine so I did not get better aftertime ending). After I watched credits (second time with better visuals) I realized how this slice of life game is demanding. I knew that I neglected alchemy, weapon crafting and effective time management (but I enjoyed it so it is ok hehe). Now after all this stuff I can openly talk about pros and cons. Pros: slice of life atmosphere, enjoyable alchemy, exploring, good story (not talking about endings), lots of nice characters, overall originality (time pressure, no world to save). Yeah there is many reasons why I loved the game... but now Cons: No free character interaction... everything is based on how many quests you did for characters and on triggering kinda random events... so it is not easy to get ending you want, second problem was time management... It helps to make the game original and it can be considered like a positive element but I hated it. There was a lot of fun stuff to do but unless you plan everything perfectly you are not able to do all of that stuff (I mentioned it before)... This is a problem I had but this is rather subjective opinion. Last one is huge amount of not really interesting, dumb and even illogical endings. Honestly there is like maybe 20 or 30 endings (generic, special, character, generic and special can be finished with different characters...). Yeah many endings and I found only three I really liked. Special endings (money, adventure, pie, astrid,...) were just dumb (and some did not match next game)..., good and true were boring and many character too. Only normal, Lionela and Sterk were somehow nice for me (Sterk just so so). I know that JRPGs must have many endings... but this was over the top. If the game had and more interesting endings and like 5 of them max, no time limit (or chance to complete more things in the time limit without precise planning or repeating from savepoints) and some character intercations not bounded by triggering events... it would be flawless. 7/10 for now.

Well... this game... Was it somehow new? No. Was it somehow special? Yes. I feel like every JRPG with good story and ton of amazing characters is special. Story and characters are really forte of this game. I mean there is complex (JRPG classic yeah) battle system too, where preparing your team and each member before every adventure is really time consuming but kinda rewarding at the same time and if you play on higher difficulty you need to spend even more time on that (farming, little bit of grinding too)... but the fighting itself... is kinda boring... like after preparing each character Armonic, each character skills, team compositions, bonds (there is even more stuff with resonating and whatever depending on your affinity with characters... but not gonna lie I focused mainly on story and immersion in the world...) and finally stepping into the world... those battles are so passive... I expected more impact in them overall... so yeah... the system of preparing for battles is good, the battles are average. As I mentioned before... the story and characters are the best things about the game. Interacting with your companions (dates, night events, conversations) and really immersing fantasy fairy tale style story with good ending (there are endings for all the characters -> depends how much you paid attention to them with dates and night events...) I finished just Sonia ending... it was awesome... and I watched other endings and date conversations for remaining characters on yt... well if you don't want to grind more and basically going to 100 % the game... you can find all those event scenes on yt... (and some more like school event or bunch of half hour conversations which I have no Idea how they were triggered). All the endings were really touching and good (well there are two refrain endings for additional playable characters and you can finish them in two alternate ways where one is not really good)... But overall the game itself stood on its ability to make me immerse into it... and it was decent in other aspect... overall 7,5/10.

Not gonna lie, this game is really boring. If you ask why, there is one single answer: It is hella repetitive. It will be enjoyable for Fate fans (which I am but not that much anymore) and for players who like just clearing stages. If you are looking for classic jrpg like tales/atelier/neptunia, this is not for you...

I really love "souls" genre... I know, it is stupid to call all hard arpg "soulslike" but Code Vein is actually more then worthy to be called that. All good mechanics from Fromsoftware's Souls games are included and there is even more stuff that I kinda missed in Souls series. We finally have something like skill sets which really help utilizing combat styles. Instead of classic armor like in dark souls you have several Blood Veils which you can upgrade and transform and on the top of that it affects all your combat stats including damage of weapons or skill sets. So you just need to find your favorite Blood Code (skill set), your favorite weapons and your favorite Blood Veil (uniform)... After mastering gifts (skills from blood codes), you can use them no matter which Blood Code you are using. But keep in mind that not all skills are compatible with all weapons or are good to use with certain Blood Veils and Blood codes... It is kinda complex in the beginning... But in the end it is solely up to you how you will deal with all this ♥♥♥♥ to have the gaming experience best suited for you. Next thing that is different from Souls is storytelling. Honestly I cried several times during cutscenes/memories and the story as a whole is really wonderful. I would not be surprised if there will be anime adaptation in the future (ufotable did amazing job in cinematic). One last and maybe most wonderful thing is that compared to Dark Souls... the ending of the game can be different... Like yeah in DS you usually can make a choice in the end but it really does not affect anything. In Code Vein your progress and certain stuff you do can change the ending of the game and some options you will have later. As a lover of anime tiddies and good Souls gameplay... I am giving this game 10/10.

Well... This was my first shoujo-ai/yuri VN experience. I watched a couple of this kind of anime before but this was probably even more enjoyable. Absence of choices was not something I would complain about and I just enjoyed well-written story with amazing art and ok music. It is overall like 8/10. It could be even longer since I liked it that much and I would prefer more romantic and even some lewd parts with good art. I would recommend this game to every VN and shoujo-ai lover.

When I think about a good refreshing Visual Novel now... This one would be the first to come to my mind. Unlike the first Fox Hime game, this has much better atmosphere and environment. The story itself was kinda simple and events were predictable but it made the whole short but enjoyable experience. Absence of decisions or more endings are to be expected so I do not consider it as a bad feature. I would recommend this game to all VN lovers with not enough time to spend it on bigger games. 8/10

If you like visual novels... It is a good game to play... but if you are visual novel "veteran"... this will be nothing special for you. I loved the art, the music and I was able to immerse myself into the story. There are two things I must complain about. There is only one short route in this game with no decisions... so you can just keep clicking... It would be ok but the whole story was so simple and predictable form the beginning... and it was short as I mentioned before... so for me as full-grown otaku... It was just "ok" snack. 6/10
