In simple terms, it's a magic and amazing combo between Warhammer and XCOM, using (IMO) the two best warhammer factions battling it out. The lore and story is very good, it feels engaging and I actually cared for the dialogue options. The SOUND DESIGN is GODLY. The soundtrack is ICONIC, it is PERFECT. The guns sound great, and overall general sound is so high quality. The visual design is badass. The guns look amazing, how they shoot is always fun to watch; and finally I know what all those crazy metallic tentacles are on my tech priests as the game gives you almost FULL CUSTOMIZATION. The priests change appearance perfectly based on what you put on them. The combat is like XCOM but with no ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ RNG shots, PRAISE THE OMNISSIAH! It's turn based and requires some thinking and good tactics. The Cognition point system makes it feel different, more tactical, and unique compared to XCOM and other games in the genre.
This is warhammer done right. More like this GM.

It's small but fun. It has its bugs and issues but for 10$ you get some good content.

New light player here; after playing through new light, all the campaigns, and doing the dungeon, I gotta say Forsaken seems to have by far the most content, the best content, and overall seems to be the most useful expansion. If you really wanna get into Destiny, i'd say Forsaken is a requirement.
