One of the best games on steam challenging and relaxing at your own pace, you should play this with friends for an even better time

Beautiful art, perfect music for every occasion, incredible replay value, all while somehow telling a great story in all those runs. My new favorite game from Supergiant which has already published some of the best indie games to date.

It's a rougelike AND a deckbuilder, you could play this ♥♥♥♥ for centuries.

Making sense out of not making sense is what this game does great. Or just plain not making sense so you try jumping, ducking, walking while looking up and down until you move ahead and suddenly whatever you did makes sense. That's the best I can describe without ruining it's awesome challenges.

Permadeath and random events mean you try a different approach on each run, this plus lots of ships to choose from mean a pretty large amount of gameplay. And it certainly is fascinating gameplay.
Now includes advanced edition content which adds a new alien race, 4 new systems, lots of new weapons and events, and 2 new difficulties. It was added for free and can be disabled easily from the ship select screen. Still one of my favorite games in my library and one that i always come back to. Hey why haven't you played this game yet?
