Once I realized that I can't just pretend I'm playing MMbn, I got the hang of it relatively quickly. The starter decks actually seem pretty solid, wish I used those instead of worrying about making my own deck before even knowing my ownplaystyle...Come say hi on the discord!

Great game so far, though the difficulty has let me down a bit, especially after going to Gale Peaks first and using that to set my expectations... but at least the atmosphere is impeccable.

This game has massive potential for modding or updates, so I hope to see something of a Kaizo/nightmare difficulty mode added in the future, with stuff such as: limited resources (dredge locations not refreshing), monsters becoming more aggressive with each day that passes, removing metal/research points from the shop, etc. Base progression and threats could use some tweaking for sure as well. Research point costs seem almost arbitrarily chosen at times, and equipment could use some balancing and added variety.

Would still easily recommend the game as a great time, but the midgame has felt a bit dry compared to how amazing the start was.

Great game, only flaw is that there doesn't seem to be local multiplayer.

This game is a dream come true for anyone as experienced with roguelike deckbuilders as I am. It really feels like they thought of everything in terms of game design and what players want. Lots of content, and so many ways to play! It might be a bit tricky for newer players to get into, but if you are willing to jump in, there is a lot to discover and keep you entertained.

I knew nothing about this game beforehand except for that it was a cardgame published by Chucklefish, and proceeded to play 8 hours straight my first sitting. I'd definitely recommend it, just make sure you have a clock easily visible while playing.

Surprising amount of Monsters and gameplay depth. Been Casually interested in creature collectors for a long time, but this is the first one I have really gotten hooked on. 100% recommend if you are even a little bit interested.

Since it has similiar gameplay to something like pokemon, it's not an incredibly difficult game, but it's relaxing and fun. I really enjoy having a more complex evolution system, and I prefer the combat system to pokemon as well. But the best part is that this is a digimon game, which makes it objectively 10x cooler.

This game looked like a really solid platformer, but my expectations were greatly betrayed. The controls feels really clunky, and often just do not cooperate, leading to things like missed inputs, and a core mechanic of the game, bouncing the orb to the candle, is incredibly buggy. I frequently had the orb glance of a corner and start bouncing sporadically and unpredictably, as well as the orb getting glued to walls as it travels along them, or simply get stuck in a random corner. Even without all these bugs, the game doesn't have that good of level design, and unskippable dialogue at the beginning and end of every level makes the game feel really slow for what should be a fast paced platformer. I hope the creator learns from their mistakes, because this game really did have potential in my eyes.
