I love this game, I'm playing from day 1.
It's probably the only game from Ubisoft that isn't broken.

That's the GOTY 2024. It has to be.
Best gameplay, best community, best developer studio, best marketing campaign.
Yesterday, together Arrowhead Studio and the community overthrown a dictat from Sony.

What I have to add up to convince you?
The game is fun as hell, even when sometimes you get overpowered by waves of different aliens or a little glitch terminates your game in a brutal manner: the fun and the pleasure to play this game alone, with your friends or with random guys is 100% legit!

Make Super Earth great again! Export delivered democracy in all universe! Be a hero, be a Helldiver!

I love this game, but after 3 years there are still some annoying random crashes in the story mode of "Episode: Tsubasa". That is really making me go berserker. I'm not the only one having this issue and it was stated by Bandai Namco that it would be fixed asap (in the summer of 2020)... but that never happen. ;_;

Ci troviamo di fornte ad un bel gioco, un bell'esempio di gdr vecchio stampo, con la possibilità di editare in maniera quasi completa il party ed ogni personaggio reclutato. Tuttavia c'è un grosso problema chiamato Randon Number Generation. L'algoritmo è altamente infame e completamente sbilanciato. Capita MOLTO sovente (troppo) di subire 5-6 critici di fila o di effettuare 2-3 miss di seguito. I mostri, anche i più lenti, misteriosamente si trovano ad agire prima dei vostri character con più speed. I boss ed alcuni incontri casuali sembrano costruiti appositamente per farvi wipare... e, con il salvataggio automatico, possiamo immaginare quanto possa pesare un partywipe, soprattutto se di avventurieri di alto livello.
Insomma, Darkest Dungeon è un gran bel gioco anche se le sue meccaniche di combattimento risultano, a volte, illogiche e troppo troppo sbilanciate.
Mi sento di consigliarlo solo agli amanti del genere o delle sfide difficili, altrimenti potreste diventare i nuovi Germano Mosconi di Steam.

Edito la recensione poiché, tra i contenuti aggiuntivi pubblicati e con le patch correttive, sembra che il RNG sia meno punitivo e più "neutro". Riconosco quindi l'impoegno degli sviluppatori nell'accogliere le critiche costruttive del pubblico ed a dare linfa vitale ad un titolo già di per se molto bello. Complimenti!
