Initially I thought that most of these cosmetics would be simple model changes and nothing more, but after having used all the skins in this pack at least once I can say that the models are of high quality. For some skins they even went a bit further, having different melee weapons or unique voice lines.

Aztecs:
Moctezuma; holds a spear instead of an obsidian sword when not attacking.
Goddess; Female voiceover of the Warchief lines. Has an additional echoing sound effect to the voice which makes it sound demonic.

British:
General Warwick; Uses the voice lines and portrait used for Warwick in the campaign.

Chinese:*
Captain Huang; Changes portrait to that from the campaign.

Dutch:
William the Silent; No additional changes.

French:
Captain Pecaudy; Changes portrait to that from the campaign
Fernig Sister; Female voiceover of explorer lines.

Germans:
Fräulein; Female voiceover of explorer lines. Uses a beer mug for melee attacks instead of a sword.

Haudenosaunee:
Ka:nien; Changes voice and portrait to that from the campaign
Nonahkee; Changes voice and portrait to that from the campaign

Incan:
Tupac Amaru II; No additional changes.
Qoya; Female voiceover of the Warchief lines. Also gets a unique portrait.

Indians:
Nanib Sahir; Changes portrait to that from the campaign

Japanese:
Nakano Takeko; Female voiceover of Monk lines. Now uses a Naginata for melee attacks(no animation/gameplay changes).
Changes both monks, with one having a samurai helmet while the other does not.

Lakota:
Ogle Tanka Un; No additional changes

Ottomans:
Şahin; No additional changes.

Portuguese:*
Maria of Portugal; Female voiceover of explorer lines.

Russians:
Boyar; Uses a polearm for melee attacks (no animation/gameplay changes).

Spanish:
Delgado; Uses portrait from the campaign.

Swedes:
Queen Kristina; Female voiceover of explorer lines.

Ethiopians:*
Emperor Tewodros; No additional changes

Hausa:*
Queen Amina; Female voiceover of the Emir lines. (sounds like the same voice actress as Amina(personality)

Italians:
Roman Centurion; Holds a spear instead of a rifle (cosmetic only)

Maltese:
Alain Magnan; Changes voice and portrait to that from the campaign

Mexicans:*
Adelita; Female voiceover of the General lines. Also gets a unique portrait.
La Catrina; Female voiceover of the General lines. Also gets a unique portrait.

United States:
Amelia; Changes the voice and portrait to that from the campaign

*if you get any further amount of hero units of the same type those will always use the base skin.
