While I did enjoy playing this game, I have a hard time recommending it for a few reasons. I encountered a number of bugs while playing, and even a few random crashes. I certainly question why I am giving this a thumbs down as I write this because it was fun, and there are a lot of positive things I could say about it. I just feel like it got dull, and that there are other similar games out there that provide a more enjoyable experience.

I had a tough time writing this review. I can't really think of anything else I have played that is quite like Saints Row. The humour in it is different, the style of the writing in the story is different, etc. That being said, it certainly reminds me of other third person shooter action games that I have seen such as grand theft auto, or Just Cause. Have I played those though? not yet. I just feel like Saints Row was very much lacking something, and that it could have been better. I actually think I enjoyed Saints Row the Third more, because there was more purpose to driving around the city, instead of just using your super powers to fly or run everywhere.

Can you tell me some other games that provide a more enjoyable experience? Im just wondering what other superhero games there are that are like sr4
