The best game ever made...

...as at early 2020, I know about you Cyberpunk 2077!

I do not follow the hype about this game. Negative reviews are difficult to find, but this game is fun maybe for first hour or two. Then it becomes incredibly boring with basically every level following the same pattern. Enter-kill everyone-boss-repeat.

You might think it happens in lot of games, but here you will experience it to the point where most of the rounds feels the same and enemies are always just guys with guns without any intention to make things difficult for you.

From my point of view this is basically L4D with RPG elements and better melee fight viability.

+looks great
+feels great to smash monsters with hammer over their head
+unique characters with very different playstyle
-veteran items are quite rare
-after you reach lvl 30 and power 300 items it becomes repetitive
-time by time you encounter annoying bug
-I HATE THERE IS NO OPTION TO PAUSE SINGLE PLAYER AT ALL!!! Does not make any sense to me. Seriously my bots can wait for me...

Worth it? Definitely.

Bought this game for about EUR 14. Worth it? Definitely not. I am truly disapointed. The "length" is ridiculous. Even for completionist it would be impossible to spend more than 12 hours with this game. The plot is silly and predictable.

This is my first Sherlock game to be honest. What drives me mad the most is the awful linearism. Imagine you are in a room, you know exactly what to do to progress, say open the door. But you are not allowed to proceed with search for a key unless you first discover there is a keyhold first... Only once you discover the keyhold you are able to pick the key which has been obviously sitting on the desk for the whole time. What the hell?

Regarding graphics, feels outdated. Animations are mostly very unnatural. Loading times are a joke and I am well above recommended configuration. Standing objects look nice at least. In this case I would recommend you buy a painting and hang it at home. It will make you happier than buying and playing this crap.

"Fantastic" uplay makes this game unplayable garbage. No more Ubisoft, I am done with you.

Well, The Witcher 2 is a good game. But I am disapointed anyway.

I adored first Witcher game. The tutorial of Witcher 2 made me hate this game. I continued only because of Witcher 1.

The optimalization is terrible. This game will make your hardware cry.

The difficulty balance sucks hard. The beggining is too much, I bet you will die at least two times - first time at the end of the tutorial... But later the game is way too easy once you get some equipment.

Game length is not what I expected. 28 hours Steam says. I was afking at least hour or two, I have never skipped a single video, I've died MANY times... Without all these my playtime would be under 25 hours.

I found at least 2 cricital bugs (2 years after release...). And the game was crashing ~each five hours... What a shame.

I don't understand most reviews claim this is better game than first Witcher. If Witcher 1 was in my ratio 9,5/10, I will rate Witcher 2 7,5/10 only.

I enjoyed first Witcher much more than the second one. If you like Baldur's Gate, Neverwinter or Dragon Age you will LOVE this game. Thumb up!
