I'd be more inclined to support through patron if it was more clear what content it would actually unlock. I love this game but I'm not signing up for a world of Warcraft subscription just for a few more cars that are technically already in the game. Great upgrade from the first game but with lots and lots of little bugs. Insane server issues. Doesn't save customization sometimes, I saw someone use a glitch to be invulnerable and have unlimited launcher ammunition, same person kicked me very last second after a disagreement. Grind isn't much different from the first game, but currently lacks the faction specific capes etc. I think host players have a bit too much power (since they can kick you last second just because they feel like it and waste about an hour of your time in a game that's already a huge grind) there literally no lobby options, such as, friends only, level locked, etc. Because of the server issues it can take a second to find a game. Usually have to spam quick play like three or four times before finding a random ass mission to join sometimes in a bugged lobby with only the host (bugged because it wont fill with people for some reason) Players like me on US east servers will get paired with oceanic players for some reason resulting in some pretty interesting ping problems like not being able to reinforce. I'm still going to play the game but just with my friends. My experience solo queuing has been pretty aids so unless you want to host or have a friend who will, I would just ignore chat because the new popularity of this game has brought on the baby ragers who will kick you for having a disagreement with you. Not to mention the new players who don't understand that Team killing can happen pretty often on accident and will TK you because they thought it was intentional. Hell-divers is a very sophisticated game that now attracts a precisely primitive crowd, and lacks some basic functionality.

Oh yeah and good luck reporting someone who spite kicks you... because the servers don't work, you'll just get an error when trying to submit it. As if the devs would take the time to review it who am I kidding. The devs sold out to sony, we're getting half the content(at the moment) loads of toxic sensitive bro type players, and after reading some other reviews this game's anticheat is basically a virus that if abused could potentially brick your pc.

Yo this game is sick its like a mixture of Civilization IV, Dwarf Fortress, S.T.A.L.K.E.R., and an original RPG. Muah magnifique this game is italiano perfecto delicioso assassino bombino.

I've played this game about 700 hours (I dont use steam to launch it.) Sure the game is good, but a majority of the player base are really bad. I solo queue alot and most conquest games I get teams that have no idea what they are doing. A very small precentage practice advanced strats and so on.

Good game, but if you pick it up, at least leech camps correctly, learn how to lane, and how to not feed seven kills before 10 minutes.

So like. This game has evolved alot. Before it was just a universe to explore with your ship. Then it was a universe to explore with more ♥♥♥♥. Then it was a universe to explore with some hot aids quest system. Then it was a universe where you had to complete hot arbitrary quest to explore. Finally now that it has been fully released this game is pretty alright. With the new workship there is endless potential.
