Awesome game. Ain't no school like old school. Sort of like the original Doom, if you swapped out all the pentagrams and demonic imagery with sci-fi stuff.

A hard, yet charming side-scrolling shooter/platformer. Kill enemies, buy upgrades, but above all hurry; difficulty grows as time increases.

Terraria in space! Very well done; great gameplay, cool music, and tons of different things to see. It has 6 player races you can be, with a different backstory and a goal for each one. Beyond just hitting things and looting ores that is. In addition to making sure you don't get killed by monsters, you also have to manage hunger and exposure to cold temperatures. I especially like that you can use your spaceship to move from planet to planet exploring.

Worth paying the full price, no question.

A sort of Super Mario-ish platformer where you explore randomly generated dungeons. Grab what loot you can and kill what you have to to make it to the end before time runs out. Considered a "rogue-like" because you only get one life. Simple and fun.

Terraria in SPAAAAACE!

Punishingly difficult, yet still manages to stay fun, even when you get stuck on a hard bit. Kick ass, evil fork-hand girl.

A platformer/rogue-like hybrid. Kind of unforgiving, but that's okay because when you die, you can purchase upgrades to strengthen all the characters you make afterward. Silly fun, and very addictive.

Huge swarms of super-creepy zombies rush to kill you in this game. You HAVE to work together with the other players to survive. Lone-ranger-type solo heros need not apply. Even on Normal difficulty this game is unforgiving if you don't back each other up. Still, this makes it hugely fun when you and your team take down all the zeds and win!

Yet another rouge-like. Space aliens and technology instead of the usual monsters & magic. Decent but not really anything new.
