Honestly, Left 4 Dead is just a better game. Way more attention to detail from a game made waaay before this. They say it's from the creators of Left 4 Dead, but it's just a small part of the team. A lot of what made Left 4 Dead great were the Valve employees. The levels are not fun and just boring, the characters too, just a lack of facial expressions and personality, there's basically no interaction with the environment when using equipment or shooting . The special infected just suck, I mistake them so much for other special infected. This game made me realize how amazing Left 4 Dead was, the attention to detail is just what made it so satisfying. Overall I find this game just frustrating to play on higher difficulties.

Honestly didn't find it as bad as people were making it out to be. Yeah it's difficult but I enjoyed playing it with my friend and we had fun.

this game awakened my demons.

Really like this game and was having fun with it. The combat feels great and it's a very pretty game. The constant texture pops every time I take 3 steps really gets to me. A lot of people say "You get used to it" but personally I'm not able to get used to it. If you play this game and this game only constantly then maybe yeah, but as soon as you boot up another game then come back to this you immediately start to notice it again. I came back to try it recently because I was hoping the remaster would fix this issue but sadly it is still there. If you're able to deal with the texture pops, great, I envy you and this is a great game, but if you're like me then I would stay clear of it.

I actually enjoyed this game for a bit until I got tired of always being locked at 30 fps on online servers. I couldn't find one server that wasn't locked at 30 fps, I'm a princess people tell me, I'm not able to play properly at 30 fps and it bothers me. The single player missions are fine and can be pretty fun until they run out and you get utterly bored, so multiplayer is pretty much where the fun would be and they don't seem to be able to fix the 30 fps lock for some reason, no matter what settings you put it at or how strong your PC is you won't be able to get above 30 fps on online servers. Also this game is basically a walking simulator, don't let the youtube videos fool you, a lot of the times you'll see youtubers skipping big chunks of the walking until they get to something remotely interesting OR unless they scripted it to happen. I know it's a millitary simulator and some people like that but if you aren't into holding buttons for a majority of the time or mind being locked at 30 fps go ahead and buy it. The movement doesn't feel fluent at all, it feels chunky and clunky and I don't very much like it, it also has it's series of noticable bugs that could really bring down the game to a whole new level which isn't enjoyable. Again if you don't mind playing a walking simulator and being capped at 30 fps no matter what in online servers then this game is for you.

Literally do what you want with the power of mods. This is your world champ ;)
