If you want to try the map you have to do this:
after downloading it, go to your download and copy the .bsp.

Then go to your program files x86-steam-steamapps-common-teamfortress2-tf-maps and paste the map into your maps folder.

Then when you start tf2 open the console and type: map "map name" without the "s.
