Good JRPG if a bit older. Gameplay takes a bit getting used to and is best done with a controller. The story is good enough to keep your attention. Puzzles are not difficult, though a couple of them are a bit obscure so I did have to look them up in guides. Would recommend a playthrough.

I did have fun with this game. Lots to explore and a reasonably good story line. The puzzles for the most part were not too hard but did take a little bit of thinking in some cases. The exploration part of the game reminds me of the new Tomb Raider games.

I just finished Ori and the Blind Forest yesterday. It is a very beautiful but at the same time frustrating game. But it is frustrating in a fun way that makes you want to keep playing. I would probably describe it best as a puzzle platformer because you spend most of your time trying to figure out how to get through an environment rather than fighting enemies. I would definitely recommend giving this game a try.

I really really want to like this game. It is really cute and I think it has so much potential.
However the game play is a little frustrating. I found some things easier to do by keyboard and other things easier to do on the keyboard.
The game looks absolutely wonderful but the game play itself is a bit frustrating and unintuitive.

I enjoyed playing this game a lot. It has an enjoyable story and the drawing style from Studio Ghibli really works well. There are enough save points where you don't have to repeat dialogue too much. There is sitting building in the game. Its not required to get through the game but taking time to develop it adds a lot of perks and boosts making things easier and more enjoyable. The tactics side of the game has a little bit of a learning curve, but is not too bad overall. You do need to develop it a little to get through the end part of the game. Once again taking time to develop your city really helps give perks in your tactics battles.

I do recommend this game, and give it a little time.

Short surrealistic point and click game. The puzzles are not too difficult but sometimes have unexpected results. Reminds me of Aminita games like Botanicula or Machinarium.

Very intuitive time based puzzles.

Looking forward to the full version release.

Fun short little puzzle game. Most of the puzzles were not all that hard and pretty linear with a little fiddley bits here and there.

The only bad part is it could use a better windowed mode.

Otherwise very smooth and playable.

Its a pretty standard autofighter MMO. Pretty looking but pretty much plays itself. It has an autopathing option that lets you go from point to point in the story.

The story isn't that interesting to read, so I just pretty much am playing it to see how far I can get. In short order I was at 172 in a few hours with no real huge effort myself.

I have read other comment claims about devs favouring people with special high level items. I have not really found this to be the case. The starting packages you get gives you pretty high level armour and a lot of potions to start out with and so far I have not had to upgrade the armour.

As for buying stuff that is always a choice. You never have to buy anything and if you get to the point you don't enjoy a game any more there are plenty of other options out there.

Over all its a few hours of amusement with little effort.

This is a very pretty and surreal game and I hope the artist continues to develop it beyond proof of concept, or at least make something more polished in the same theme.
The music is very relaxing yet picks up in places you are expected to move faster or avoid things
The dolphin companion is not that helpful and it is unclear what he wants you to do next.
Swimming which is the main part of the game feels a little stiff and hard to get where you are going sometimes even when you recharge with the water boost.
Also it is very annoyingly easy to get yourself reset at the beginning of the level by colliding into even normal land objects.

I think its a great start though even if it needs a little polish and worth at least trying out a bit.
