Hacks still. Multiple bans and a previous VAC... but he "doesn't hack anymore". It's just convenient when he doesn't check a corner 3 times in a row but when someone is there he checks it. Or when he snaps on through a wall onto an enemy who is walking. I'd guess he just has aim or soft aim and clicks his button to pull his aim toward where enemies are... The beauty of that is he will snap on when he doesn't mean to.
