I have a Ryzen 5 3600 and a Red Dragon RX 6800 and it struggles a lot with that game. Setting my CPU to Auto-OC and setting the DD2.exe priority to high actually helped a bunch!
In the wilderness its anywhere from 60 to 100 but you notice framedrops. So by no means think that your PC is bad or anything, its HORRIBLE optimization because the game doesn't even look better than past gen games.
So just a heads up, even people with a high end PC cant run this properly.
(As a comparison, in RE4 Remake at 2K resolution I get 250 FPS all maxed out with RTX meanwhile this worse looking game cant handle anything at all)
