Preface: if you are only going to play this solo, my rating is positive. This is a phenomenal game and I would highly recommend it for a CoD-zombies like experience.

Multiplayer is the main reason I got the game and I wish I had seen the other reviews about multiplayer because it's not "rough", it is unplayable for anyone besides the host in multiplayer. So if you intend to play multiplayer, My rating remains at a negative.

Kudos to my citizens who went 4 entire years without a single stop sign or stoplight at any intersection in my city.

P.S. Apparently you have to manually add stop signs and stoplights to your roads.
