Попробуй ввести эти команды:
1) cl_mute_all_commands 0
2) cl_mute_all_comms 0
3) hud_saytext_time 12
4) voice_enable 1
2-ая мне помогла в отличие 1-ой, 3 и 4 тоже можно попробовать, мб что-нибудь поможет.
