Let me just say, I do love it. Slower timed combat, and uses locked action bars or variations of card shuffling action bars, which add good dimension to play. And play anyway you want, the game is solo/mmo private server to yourself or go mmo.
Chat with A.I. to learn from, buy and sell to merchant types, or get quests possibly from any of them.
The old school style is not always easy, and you may criss cross the area your in to discover quest items.
You can travel overland on the world map on your way to towns or quest areas current to you, and like old school did, you may encounter random combat and enter a instanced area to pass through on your way to target instanced area. The area's you enter from overland map can be very big, even huge.
Sound is wanky, annoying or funny, not sure what its doing sometimes.
Crafting is big, you can do much there, your skills in crafting as well as in combat and other skills, grow from use, opening more avenues of skills to select to learn, there is massive choices and possibilities for character build.
Worth a try if your willing to afford it, I feel you get a lot of hrs of product for the price, even though it can be odd or downright buggy at times, some will complain about video quality, which on any setting is fine by me, others may want more handholding, although if you read some of the guides your character is toting around in his bag and be patient, you'll be fine, you could just ask someone in mmo server as well.
Game has been around since 2011, and for a company with a smaller budget, I also feel they have done a great job thru the years and recommend it for anyone, especially the more tactical, strategic rpg people who can read, but if you choose you can just go do whatever in game you feel like doing, and read as little as you want.

The developers do seem to care about this one, as I am beginning to. bugs galore right now. I landed on a mtn side, and suddenly a big troll or orc came at me, I fought and flamed like krazy and killed him, then was unable to eat, because I fell thru the world. It was great for a sec there. Seems to help a bit when angles go wanky, to hit shift to wiggle or speed out of it..sometimes it works.

Its great fun, like a TD Diablo kinda funk.

I will give it a thumbs up, as is only a start or bare tutorial demo at most, but shows possibilities.

Very lovely style, music, geat tactics in use, easy to grasp and reminicent of games with the Bei and Zhang crew royally at each others throats while captaining such sweet little armies around the charming maps. Had very much fun, looking forward to playing this one.

sure it could certainly use more, but what it does do is use the basic tools of this type of genre, and adds the flick of a wrist,mouse. and although targeting could be smoother, it does the job fine on my settings, for the price is totally worth it.

Game has what I always wanted in a race game (cept muscle cars) any kind of race type,excellent replay recording and cameras, garage alteration, and a mix of beautiful cars that all handle different and sweetly, oh so sweetly. I have a ancient 5in1 wheel and pedals, can custimize to content. real feel now, I am no car nut, but have driven for years, rl and other, this feels right, grabed me right away. yes has some bugs, but with what they are doing here like with shift is maybe why, you can have it set up anyway, and it is best to handle it manualy, drop the assists, learn the real experience here.

excellent Diablo type, but a lovely diabolical twist of having a Demon who can gain puppets, and change on the fly, to fight what you couldent see before. hit box off and on sometimes, same with hold and hit, but when I got to the end off Act 1 I wanted more, so started the ranger, and hope the full game is released soon. I see good possibilities with this one.

Its a great little game, not sure why the hate, looks alright, plays fine, not buggy, and lots of fun.
