It is a ok game it goes from 3 hours on the main quest to 10~15 to do everything

Hopefully if the devs try again they make the game a bit more "deep"

Horrible game cellphone game quality i even dare say that it would be a upgrade to look like a cellphone game

I entered expecting a Age of Empires Online minimal quality considering Firefly history

What i got a game that at most you play while using taking a **** or if you are stuck in a bus

this is a joke at best

On a roman level of fun go get yourself crucified it will be more fun

The Dark Souls of Sim City

Jokes Apart

The good

Certainly a unique take on the city building games it is you vs the cold and that is it.
If you are stubborn and a moron like me you will spend the last 10 hours trying to beat it again and again.
It is a strange sense of terror seeing the cold devastate all your work and a damn thrill to finally beat it.

The bad

Every scenario you slowly advance learning what you must do in the end you know what to do and it doesn't pose much of a challenge.
That you are kinda forced to build around the main generator.
The gains and loses are kinda BS(Some times it says it will fall a bit and it is a lot or that it will raise and it is almost nothing).

The Ugly

The same problem with a lot of time based games you are punished for running but not doing a forced march what i mean is like Fable 3 if you buy a lot of homes and put the rent at high you can easily get the money to complete the main quest without doing the "necessary evil" but if you put on very high they refuse to pay and you fail same principle on Frostpunk you start with emergency shifts and keep extra shifts the game asks me if i want to stop i say no for minimal punishment o none at all and keep this going until i win

-//-

But despite that Frostpunk still is a amazing experience a solid 8/10(personally lack of a few events or gameplay style) would turn into a popsicle again

The good

- The characters most are whacky or multi dimensional(Why they didn't make some more close cam on key characters and dialogues is beyond me)
- World map exploration it gets a bit repetitive but it is certainly fun(i would certainly like a roguelike version of this)
- The plot is pretty solid

The bad

- The combat balance as enemies scale with your level they turn into more and more damage sponges and total lack of enemy variety
- Inventory not having sort(not fun having to look for stuff that is always randomly place in your inventory for the 300 time) i simply gave up on changing my characters armor
- Character building you will just focus on one combat skill maybe two and one exploration skill per character and that is all

The bad:

- Ranger HQ: With a lot of morality quest that have the same effect as what color you want your drapery the Ranger HQ is baiscally a bad joke

Addendum:

As a game Wasteland 3 is a great movie. I hope that if Wasteland 4 comes to exist i hope that they remake completely how character development affects combat work and the Ranger HQ( i really don't care that rangers have unique names while being generic NPC's). The DLC's are when fights are a bit interesting.

My score is a 5/10 to the base game and 6.5/10 with the DLC's

THE GOOD

A combat System that will evolve from beginning to end

A great main cast

The exploration

THE BAD

Post Game Content

The Side quests(you can complete the game and don't even know that they exist)

The Forgettable Bosses

THE UGLY

Enemy Variation most enemies are just the same enemy with different skin

=/=

Tales of Vesperia is such a masterpiece that even such "problems" can be overlooked

The Good

- How the battles work(as the enemies are constantly moving around that spells can only hit them if they are lined up and you can only run away if your character runs without hitting a wall)

- How you are basically fighting 99% of the enemies human and yet most of them are unique

- The summon system was really cool

The Bad

- How you can't know if you had already upgraded a weapon or if you already had that equipment if it is repeated

- The bond system that is just a way to give the same exp to the whole party and spam "special moves"(I could easily say that after the 5 level bond you would need to fill the bond bar to use special moves on a fill and use to fill again and use again)

- The Progression as the game gives you multiple jobs but the only places that gives exp are only 3 or Main Story battles meaning that you either grind very late in game or stick to one job the whole game....

The Ugly

- The main minigame( the main minigame is a recurring thing in Yakuza as you will be presented a minigame that has a story by itself and you can waste a few hours or do it for a few minutes) Yet again it is something that starts fun and turns boring and repetitive because you need to do it hundreds of times

Overall it is a great game even more for a studio that is doing a turn based game for the first time for me a 9/10

The Good

-Massive QoL over other games of the genre
-Massive possibilities on character builds
-That you can tweak dificulty as you wish

The Bad

-The eerie soundtrack that initially is scary but over 20~30 hrs it gets annoying
-The Forgettable cast
-How generic the boss battles are

The Ugly

The Faction System:
- It is a over glorified wall for getting faction based items

It is a great game has it's problems but overall is good

Fallout 4 Base Game

The Good

It is good that we have no limit to level
The Idea of Settlements
Weapon Armor parts and Mods
Power Armors turned quite fun to use

The Bad

The endless settlements through the game
Removal of Skills
The endless levels make your character generic
Armor and Weapon Mods are generic
The main story that tries too hard to be an 80's action movie or a Tear Jerker(You can just kill a room of two of the three factions and be done with it)
Charisma in dialogue that exists only to try to threathen or convince and ask for more money
The Stupid AI of companions

The Ugly

Bethesda have finally slain the Fallout Epilogue to show how generic they try to do their games
Babysitter syndrome every settlement needs you to do everything for them what getts really annoying
The dialogues that exists only for yes,no, sarcastic and ask for information

Fallout 4 is only recommended for those who like to do the same stuff over and over

Automatron

Actually fun because it allows you to make you own Robot Frankenstein

Wasteland/Contraptions Workshop

Okayish but yet again the lack of organization on the settlement build doesn't make building that fun

Far Habor

Probably the best part of Fallout 4 a pity it is a bit short but very good and a little bit of being a RPG returned

Vault-Tec Workshop

The only place i felt it was actually fun to build

Nuka World

The third best thing of Fallout 4 a pity it wasn't added in the base game since it would cause a good conflict with the minutemen but sadly the moment is gone

The Good:

Traits so that every character is unique sadly only that....
Lifeline mostly because you play as military on a zombie apocalypse(a MF miracle)

The Bad:

Driving sucks like really bad
Character movement is bugged, zombies are bugged, animations are bugged
Zombie number you are always being annoyed by 3~5 zombies that is a bit dangerous on early game but only annoying late
The base build being really shallow

The ugly

The babysitter syndrome and by that i mean the game makes you help everyone on the same stuff every freaking time you send one guy to retrieve something he/she gets in trouble and asks you to help so what was the point of sending it.....

A lot of great ideas terribly executed

The Good
  • It is an Turn Based Looter game your weapons will have countless effects
  • Enchanting and Crafting system allowing you to build characters as you want
  • The boss fight song is awesome

The Bad
  • You can one shot anything with the right build
  • The experience of random dungeons doesn't change much when you redo them or do others
  • The story ending in a cliffhanger

The Ugly
  • The weapon Progression system you will basically need a new weapon every 3~4 levels that the only diference is the inflated attack or defense

Overall a great game while short something that you get to the end in 30 hours it can last 60 hours or more more then worth the price
