Wallpaper Engine really provides everything you need to make your dream wallpaper, with sound effect, gif and animation effects and more. For its price just for 4$ for I can truly say its freaking amazing. You can either make your own or use others in the workshop for free.

However… I do feel there to many anime style and not enough others, I’m more into western, SCFI, nature for example and not enough of it in the workshop however that doesn’t stop you from making your own but if you don’t have the skills or talent to make your own, have to make due to what the workshop provides for you.
