My first foray into the RE series since the fifth instalment, and what they've done with the series is a step in the right direction. Looking forward to Village, so playing this game is a must to catch up with the series.

Oh, man... I don't even know where to start.
The story is both boring and predictable and feels like a generic highschool drama. As for gameplay (or lack of), it consists of just picking up or examining things, which would have been fine in the context of using it as a story-telling tool, , but the story in itself is complete ♥♥♥♥, thus rendering this game a pointless endevour.

I can't understand for the life of my why this game is being praised universally. Quite frankly all the shilling going on (this game winning VGX Indie Game of The Year), is just sickening, seeing as there are much better choices out there that offer much more in every respect. If you want a game first-person adventure game that is heavily narrative-based, go play The Stanley Parable, otherwise just take your money and spend it elsewhere, or just watch a playthrough on youtube.
