I don't recommend getting this game as of right now if you expect a nicer looking CK2 with all the DLC, cause CK3 currently lacks certain things from CK2 (societies, playable merchant republics, off-map intractable china, and most of the stuff from The Reaper's Due).
While i wasn't one to fall for the blind hope that CK3 would be just an upgraded CK2 with all the previously DLC'd stuff, there just isn't enough content in the game yet for me to recommend this to someone like myself, someone who enjoyed CK2 and got all the DLCs for it.
Otherwise the game is alright, but does need more things to do.
