This game is all about the story. And it is an amazing story.
The game plays in about 3.5-4.5 hours in total. Game mechanics are almost non-existant, mostly just basic point and click (but NOT pixel hunting). The art is basic graphics using the RPG Maker engine (so pretty much nice looking SNES graphics), but the use of lighting is rather impressive. Music is very good and fits beautifully, but don't expect full on orchestral arrangements.
The story is what you play this game for (and to a lesser extent, the script), it is a beautifully crafted story that blends some elements of the movie Inception with the movie Momento, but taking it to a very heart-warming/heart-wrenching place.
Set aside 4 hours when you play it. It is short, but you will want to sit down and play it all at once.
