The emulation of this is rough around the corners but being able to finally enjoy the OG SNES game on the PC with save states and rewind options makes this collection worthwhile. After almost three decades the dinos are back, 6 Raptor eggs out of 10

The ultimate HR Giger walking Simulator with a vision of David Cronenbergs body horror thrown into it.
This game is very strange and not for the casual horror fan out there. It combines a sense of being part of a huge decaying corpse and you have to make sense out of it all. The gameplay is very slow but the atmopshere will make up for the slow gameplay. Its definitely very unique in this regard and if you are a fan of body horror you should give this one a try. 8 body sacks out of 10.

A first-person fight to the death in the depths of space!

Pretty much all you need to know about this epic cat and mouse showdown in the orbit of saturn. Before there was Bioshock, Thief, Dead Space and pretty much every modern cyberpunk inspired game there was the OG System Shock 1994. This one will take you up in space to Citadel Station where a rogue AI called Shodan takes over the whole station turning everyone into body horror inspired freaky mutants and bio-robots. You are waking up as the nameless hacker after sleeping in cryosleep for 6 months and need to use your wits and cyberhacking abilities to face off against Shodan and its abominations.

This game literally layed down the groundwork for a lot of more modern games like Deus Ex, Thief, dead Space and so many more. The gameplay may feel a little bit stiff and the sound too loud but the source port is the finest version and the most streamlined one for you to enjoy.

Give this one a try as story, gameplay and especially the soundtrack are rock solid and truly classic. For me personally this game is a 10 out of 10 and if you can grasp its brilliance you will understand why.

Old habits die hard...

Give it time, this game had a rough start but it will get better in time and 128 Player Conquest and Portal mode are a blast! I am a longtime Battlefield fan since the Battlefield 3 Beta and even thou I was there when BF4 launched with similar results as this game, it was fixed in time and BF4 is considered to be one of the best games in the series and I strongly believe 2042 will become as well.

I have played the glitchy beta and roughly 3 hours and the worst glitches I encountered were probably some weapon pop in at the start of the game but aside from that it was solid all around. So far this game offers 3 modes and no single player campaign which I am not complaining as I am playing this game for the 128 player conquest mode and the awesome throwback portal mode which combines earlier battlefield maps like bad company 2 and BF3 done in the modern engine!

Don't listen to the negative things surrounding this game, just wait for a sale if you are unsure but this game will become better as time progresses and so far its still the awesome battlefield experience people love from their past. 8 hover craft call ins out of 10

Solid entry in the Resident Evil series but not without its flaws. Being a big fan of Resident Evil and especially RE7 I was eager to uncover the secrets of this game which ties tightly to the previous game. That being said I kinda have mixed feelings about this one after finishing it around the 12 hour mark. The good things first, this game looks and runs awesome on the PC showcasing once again how well optimized the RE engine is and I hope Capcom sticks to this engine for further games. The gunplay is the same as it was in RE7 and thats a good thing, the pace of the game is also very well done and offers all the tropes of an horror action game and even a mid section where it feels like an indie horror title. The story is messy but it does indeed give some closure to RE7 and even ties in RE1, 4 and RE5 to a certain degree. I would say playing RE7 is a must do before playing this one.

The bad is pretty much everything else, the gameplay and puzzles are dumbed down significantly which means no more inventory management (you can literally run around with all the guns you want), enemies are annoying and it seems like capcom just wanted to give this game a gothic horror feeling which RE just isnt known for with all the werewolves and vampires running around. Story is kinda interesting but the big reveal at the end kinda let me meh but thats because I had higher expectations because of all the trailers, marketing! For the most time this is a very linear game and only gives the illusion that its huge and complicated but when it comes down to it you really do follow a linear path and items are handed over to you. Aside from that there is a mercenaries mode after the main game but it feels very tacked on and not even close to RE5 or even RE6 mercs mode but its there and I am fine with that I guess.

In the end not a bad Resident Evil game but certainly not the best in the series, play it back to back with RE7 to get the most out of it! Final verdict 7 dates with lady Dimistrescu out of 10

Absolute masterpiece! This game is when you put Ninja Gaiden into Dark Souls and then some. Coming back from the glory days of the original Xbox and Ninja Gaiden Black, I was yearning for some fast paced hack and slash and this game does not disappoint in the hackin and slashing department, it will start out very rough and unleast you are playing online with other high level playyers you will die a lot but eventually once you finish it after 100 hours or so the real game and ascension for power begins. Do yourself a favor and dont give up on this masterpiece of a game! 10 Kodamas out of 10! Must play!

The H-Version of the classic 8-Bit Castlevania!

If you like your Metroidvania with a kinky overhaul and fun gameplay, then this is for you. This game was clearly done by someone who loves the classic 8-Bit NES castlevania titles and it shows, basically this is the kinky version of Castlevania NES, but the roles have been reversed instead of Simon Belmont you play as a Chibi Anime Waifu and instead of hunting down Dracula you are after a succubus for people who dont know thats an mythological entity that trades sex for your soul.

There are a number of things to collect, secrets to unveal and maidens to rescue which have been abducted for uhrm.... you know what xD

I must admit the gameplay is pretty good and the secrets and collectibles are very well done as well as the boss encounters and stuff you can unlock after beating the game.

If you are here for the h-content only, I must say its there in full uncut glory but its the atmosphere and the gameplay as well as being a huge Castlevania fan that will keep you glued.

I managed to clock around 30 hours into it till I 100% it and I really enjoyed it, if you are a huge Caslevania fan like I am you will absolutely love this one!

An absolute Joy to behold! This game alongside Age of Empires 2 is pure class and its a landmark of RTS games, if you never played it before now is the best time. The remaster for this game was done similar to the Halo games where you can switch between old graphics and remastered on the fly and the audio was redone by Frank Lapaki himself! Just do yourself a favor and play it! True classic 10 out of 10 Ion cannon reloads!
