I have probably found a solution. "Right-click" the game in steam - Properties , Local files - check INTEGRITY. In my case: Steam re-downloaded some file with 544 bytes , on next run it performed the "First-time" setting of the game, and after that it seems to work normally. :O

Hi, Zacharyaaa ! It is strange ... how the RANDOM CYCLE Europe server of Forge has FROZEN today morning (18 . 5 . 2013 ) from that time I see no one on any Europe server. Eventhough steam says: Zaharya is in-game: Forge. :(
