Hmm, what to say here. Take a 5 year old game, and give it a new coat of paint and a new engine. That pretty much sums up this version of the game. If your used to playing the game modded, your likely to end up disappointed. However, now that Skyrim is on a 64 bit platform, the new mods for the game will have far less constraints.

If you have an unmodded save however, you can directly copy the save into this version and it will work.

Honestly, asking if you like this version is the same as asking what your favorite color is. Skyrim is still skyrim, and personally I like that I can now dump more then 4GB of memory into the application. Besides that, I havent really noticed much difference.
