This game is amazing, here are some reasons why

1.Best energy/resource system I have seen in any gacha game
2.The ability to play endlessly whilst still making progress on your account as long as you are smart with your early gold(Upgrade your blue soul wells)
3.Your first free 10 pull after the tutorial has an infinite reroll system built in so you can keep rolling until you are happy with your start(This 10 pull includes all rarities aside from Ultra rare which are usually locked behind events
4.Loads of premium currency for new players and when I say loads I mean genuinely a surprisingly generous amount(Spend the gems to upgrade your friends list to max, the friend points are worth farming, also max out conquer slots as they allow you to essentially farm duplicates, also known as souls, for upgrading your heroes)
5.As far as gacha game developers go, last cloudias team seem to actually give a damn and there has been a flood of new content and events since I started playing. I assume at some point the games going to slow down as it does for any player who starts approaching late mid to end game content but for all I have seen so far this game gives me some hope, enough to make me actually want to spend some money on it.

I hope this can answer some questions people might have or convince you to give it a try, after all its free

When it comes to sandbox zombie survival this game is king, it has a lot of quirks, in development systems and its not going to be finished anytime soon but as someone who has kept coming back to it for almost 8 years to try new patches and having a blast each time, I honestly cannot recommend this game enough. As incredible as it can be to play through solo the game truly shines in co-op with friends as the comfort they bring contrasts with the eerily silent, vast expanse of land in front of you and the dangers existing around every corner.

Things to be aware of!

1. Even if you have a beast PC running this game with consistently high frames can be a struggle with certain zombie spawn settings so if you want that massive horde night invasion, maybe consider dropping your graphics settings a bit or you will feel the chug.

2. Do not get trapped into the mindset that the gatekeepers in the community have when it comes to a "true 7 days experience". I have seen a lot of people come in with some recommended difficulty settings they saw posted online and they keep getting killed and make no progression. Stick with the default or even drop it a bit, learn the game and gradually increase settings as you feel more confident. We all have to start somewhere and there is no shame in taking it slow

3. My last piece of advice is try to look up some basics or beginners guides if you are lost or confused on what to do next but avoid more advanced or in depth guides for a while, the thrill of discovering new systems or interactions with items in the game can be a huge personal achievement and has led to some of my best moments. Keep this in mind when introducing friends as well. I know it can be tempting to prepare them for everything but the "wait, you can do that?" reaction is priceless and all too rare as time goes on.

Take your time, enjoy the game and welcome to 7 Days to Die

Want a casual game to pop in and play for an hour or so every couple days? don't wanna be constantly spammed with micro transactions? don't want to be punished for not logging in consecutively without fail? Give it a go, its got a good sense of humour and the developer is down to earth.

Lots of fun to mess around with different builds and wacky team combinations, If you are look for a turn based 2D Diablo 3 then look no further

I would urge new players to not give up on this game too early on, it can be difficult at first but learning and overcoming the challenges laid before you is part of the fun.
