Not one for big MMORPG's. Have played alot of them but could never really keep hold of me.

I started playing this in September 2021 due to watching a streamer I follow play this and thought I'd give it a go. Now some 3000+ hours later, Songs all over my Spotify, super excited and watching all keynotes and liveletters, Already have Dawntrail on Wishlist and know I will be getting the Deluxe Digital Edition without question, Meeting new friends and forming some fantastic sessions and excellent memories made thus far.....Yeah I like the game.

One of the reasons I keep playing is the receptive love that the development team have. The wanting to striving to be better for the community. Always taking into account feedback and allowing themselves to enjoy the moment, immersing themselves in memes, not just admitting issues but being as open as possible in how it will be addressed going forward.

FFXIV is a game I now hold near and dear to my heart. It's a comfort game, a challenging game, a community game, my first Final Fantasy game and I feel like I have made such a great choice.

Give it a go and one thing, take breaks and don't feel nervous or bad, Your expected to take breaks and play at your own pace. Enjoy it, live it.

And with 7.0 coming and the HQ Update. Think old Katsutomo Uzuka will be playing through the whole story again!
