A great intro to the older 2D Zelda style games. Lasts maybe 30 min.

I will add that there is a second half to the game that is not like the older 2D Zelda style games, where you climb a tower in rogue-esque fashion, which can be played much longer than the first part. I did not find it as compelling as the island portion.

Having difficulty, but that's the name of the game.

Fun though

Great Minish Cap inspired artwork, good builder controls (on mouse+keyboard), and seeing what others have built can really inspire your own levels. A lot of objects lend themselves to be more than just puzzle or challenge components: they can be mechanisms to create your own mechanics from timers to unique boss fights!

The dev(s) are also very vocal on their discord, and are great to talk with if you want some insight into the game's future and current plans.

I look forward to where the game is going from here!

I'm up too late playing, its good

A Damn good game.

Pros:
+ Great exploration, many caves and minor dungeons to find and clear out
+ Pacing of new abilities/opening up of the map is well done
+ Level system is fantastic: respecing is available from the first level-up wherever and whenever you want to try new things
+ Bosses and enemies are well designed, memorable patterns stand out
+ Tons of secrets on a rather large map, magically feels smaller by the end to help collect the final few secrets
+ Surprisingly nice story
+ Cute friends!

Mehs:
~ Some upgrades feel pointless, are best used as crystal holders till you have enough for damage, range, and attack speed
~ The fourth main dungeon is a letdown, but is intriguing in its mystery

Cons:
- The final two main dungeons feel less than good, the first three dungeons are the standouts
- My friend said it looked like a newgrounds game, in a somewhat negative tone

Overall, I recommend this one.

Honestly, having a lot of fun with this game! Its basically an idle game, but its charm and heart is being the town for adventurers; selling resources and giving out quests (among other things).

Very cryptic at times, not much is explained so you have to figure it out for yourself!
