Anmeldelse av CS:GO
I have been playing this game for sometime, and up until today, I would have happily recommended it. But today, with me having changed nothing and done nothing, I am no longer able to play. Now, I either want my money back, or I want the problem fixed.

Great game for passing time, and really good fun. I have made friends playing it. Would recomend.
Pros:
-Good Community, for the most part anyway. Some rude guys, but you always find them in every game.
-Challenging Level Curve, which means the game does not get borning. This is also under Cons, for reason listed there.
-Weekly Events, which offer a way to get to later game by farming enemies.
-Equal PvP in Early Game, meaning a new player isn't going to get attacked by veterans. You can only be attacked by players who are +/- 7 levels(I believe... not 100% sure on the max level difference)
-Good Alliance's, which is how you can advance faster as well as make friends.

Cons:
-Challenging Level Curve, which means that it can be hard to advance, as well as requiring some luck to get stuff done.
-Disappointing Updates, where the developer, Kixeye, releases "improvements" to the game that are not very good.
-Hard PvP at Late Game, since the moment you hit level 35, you can be attacked by anyone over level 35.

Overall:
I enjoy this game and, as I said, it is good for passing time. It is enjoyable as long as you do not get exteremly upset at how things go. Enjoy the fight, Rebel.

Updated Review:
Kixeye has continued to "update" the game, and it seems they are now trying to push away players who either cannot invest large amounts of money or time into the game. There is almost no early game support, with all events being targeted at end game players. It is very frustrating that, after all the time I have spent playing the game casually, it seems there is no longer a place for me in this game. Great job Kixeye... you ruined one of my favorite games.

Final Update:
Throughout the last few updates to the game, Kixeye has re-added some early game support, with easier events that allow early game players to advance easier. However, these events are not meant to push the player forward in little steps, but bring them straight into middle-late game, with some of the best stuff. While I am not necessarily upset by this, it is also frustrating that I put a bunch of time into the game, then had it mean nothing by just skipping ahead. This is probably the last time I am going to change this review, unless some major happens. Is the game perfect? No. Is it fixed? Not entirely. Is it getting better? Yes.

Anmeldelse fra tidlig tilgang
Update: July 13, 2017
I am not going to lie and say that in the year and a half(?) since I first reviewed this game, everything has been fixed. It hasn't and the develpoers are continuing to cause more problems, whether intentionally or not. However, I still enjoy playing this game when I find myself to have time. While the price increase is dramatic from original release, instead of listening to all the negative reviews that just complain about the increase, I ask only that you consider this: with all of the content that has been added and all the work put in, is Wildcard Studios not warrented in increasing the price of their product? The game does have issues, but I challenge you to tell me a game that didn't have problems when it was released or while it was releasing new content. I will admit that some of the reviews I have seen raise valid questions, but I still believe that this game is a good game, one that I would and am recommending to everyone. Are the developers screwing up? Yes they are, but that is because they are people. No one is perfect. I honestly believe that listening to all of the negative reviews is the wrong way to determine if this game is for you. Instead, look for the reviews that explain their point of view, while still leaving room for discussion in their arguments. Thank you for your time, and I hope that my review helps you to make an informed desicion.

I may not have as many hours as a lot of people, but in the hours I have spent, I must say this is my favorite new game. It rivals Skyrim for the position as my favorite game, and that is no small feat. In the hundreds of hours I spent, I have played a mix of solo, online PvP and online PvE, and most of the people I have encountered are very nice. There is the occassional a-hole out there, but you just ignore them and move on. Now, that does not mean that the game is all sunshine and roses. With it being early access, there are some problems.

Pros:
-Great community if you don't play on the official servers. People in those can be quite rude, but on the unofficial servers, I have made a few friends.
-Nice graphics, if your computer can handle them. When I first started playing, I was midly disapointed by the graphics, until I realized I was on Medium. After uping it to Epic, my breath was taking away at the detail in the game. Sure there was a large frame drop, but I still switch it from High to Epic every now and then, because I love the view.
-Great concept. At first, I though, "Jurassic World: The Video Game". Now, I think along the line of "Minecraft with Dinosaurs". Instead of it being an open world survival game, I see it as a Sandbox Survival game. There are so many things you can do, and with more being added every day, you may never run out of things to do. And if some how you do, there is a good amount of mods that introduce new elements.
-Room for expansion. This game may seem unfinished to some, but I see it more as the developers are leaving room for the game to grow. There is already a large amount of things do, from caves to explore to dinos to tame, and they even end game things in place already. Get together with a group of high level friends, rab your biggest toys, and take on the ARKs Ultimate Lifeform, the Devilish Broodmother. Or, group up with a few friends, grab your dinos and scare the pants off new player. I can't see us running out of things to do for quite some time.
-Understanding Developers. Lastly, the Developers of ARK: Survival Evolved know that their game is not perfect. They listen on the forums, read what people are saying, and are actively working on fixing any bugs or glitches in game. They even have a $100 bounty on in-game exploits. This shows that they want to make the game the best it can be.

Con:
-Frames. Unless you are running the computer that will one day host Skynet, you will have FPS issues. Some people say it is from the game being early access, but I think it is from the sheer size of this project they are undertaking. I can walk down a beach at 40 FPS and turn a rock and drop 10-15 FPS because there is a T-Rex fighting a group of Brontosaurus. No matter how much they optimize the game, they might not ever be able to fix that, because it is a massive amount of data. If you are going to play this game, learn to live with it.
-People. Although the community is usually pretty good, every server has the person or group of people that believe it is their god-given mission to make your stay on the server as painful as possible. They will destroy that fortress that you spent hours working on in a matter of minutes while you are offline. They will kill the dinos you spent days taming and saddling, all because they can. And more often than not, they will get away with it. If you have a perticulary persistant group of a-holes, maybe consider moving to a new location or starting up fresh on a new server.
-Offline body. While you are offline, your body is left in the world where ever you were when you logged off. This means that anyone who comes accross you can kill you and take all you stuff, unless you log off in your base. And I wouldn't recommend logging off on the second story or higher of you base(if you have more that one floor) because bodies often glitch through the floor while offline, and can cause you to die. When you come back online, your body, with all your stuff, will be gone. You have been warned.

All in all, I think the Pros beat the Cons. It can be a very fun game, if you get the right crowd, or even on your own, where nobody is messing with your stuff. But however you play, I think it is definetly worth playing ARK: Survival Evolved.

Awesome game, you can be a warlord and take over everything or you can be a pasifist and have friendship with all but a few. You choose, but will you choose well?
