Really good game, good sense of progression and you go from feeling overwhelmed to burning through enemies like a god. Good stuff.

Oddly, today my save data was deleted and I have no clue why. I'll just pretend I prestiged.

Came to play it because I'm a smoothbrain, but honestly, I was really disappointed.

I understand it's in early access, but the hype this game is getting is a bit undeserved at present.

I refunded, but am willing to try it again in a year or so.

Great game. Played it back when it originally came out on xbox 360.

Absolutely worth the purchase if you like platformers that make you think.

My one gripe is that there was a bit of a glitch throughout the game where the paintings and the locked doors didn't display. The paintings weren't that big of a deal, but the locked doors just showed as two posts, whether open or locked, which made things a bit harder.

This game is just great. The swordplay goes for realism more than probably any other game I've seen.

It is a work in progress, but the core of the game really shines. I would say it is worth buying now.

Do you like Assassin's Creed? Do you like Lord of the Rings? Great, buy the game.

It's not true to lore, but it is basically a fanfic of lore, but nothing to do with the movies. It's also not made by Ubisoft, so that makes it superior to Assassin's Creed.

Highly recommended game, especially if you have a VR setup.

Really interesting gameplay mechanics that give you lots of control over your vehicle, thought it's very arcadey so if you're expecting realistic steering, don't.

One thing to keep in mind if you're doing this in VR is motion sickness. If you get it in VR, you'll likely get it in this.

Formerly one of the best VR games out there. Lost soundcloud and youtube support and became one of the worst.

With spotify, youtube, apple music, etc. out there nowadays, how many people have a big library of music on their computer?

If you are one of these rare few, then you won't be as disappointed, but it's still a huge loss, because you don't get the ranking system anymore either, which was tied to specific youtube videos.

It was fun to be the world champ on a given song, and to fight back when you were dethroned.

All of that is gone.

So sad.

Buy this game.

I played the original Bioshock and was like wtf, I'm always low on ammo, these rooms all look the same, and it's dark and I'm lost. I can tell there's a story here that's interesting but I'm so frustrated that I'm just gonna let it go.

I watched my brother play it a bit and watched the ending so I know how it ends, but fortunately, Bioshock Infinite is set before the original Bioshock, so you really don't even need to play that game or know about it to play this one.

Bioshock 2 I played a little bit of, but again, read above, you don't need to play it to play this one.

The problems I experienced in the first Bioshock are gone in this one. There is ammo. If you're lost, you can get an arrow that shows you the general direction to go without being too obvious, so it still gets you to explore a bit, but you don't have to if you don't want to.

The story? Amazing.

The mechanics? Incredibly smooth. Even when you're doing badly you're still getting tossed right back into the game and even that is more or less explained by the freaking story.

Buy this game. You can beat it in a weekend or two and it has replay value. You can play the way you want to. You will feel.

If you played Life is Strange and enjoyed it, then this is worth picking up.

If you're coming here and haven't played either game, you may like it and you may not.

For me, I am glad I had the experience of playing both games, but acknowledge that both could have been done much better.

The mechanical issues from the original Life is Strange have mostly been resolved in Before the Storm, and the graphics are improved as well, so that's good.

But the writing still suffers.

**LITE SPOILERS AHEAD**

Considering that the first game involved time travel and other supernatural elements, writing flubs were easier to ignore or forgive or explain away, but since BtS doesn't have any explicit supernatural element, they're less easy to stomach.

The voice actor change is also a bit obnoxious in BtS, especially since the original voice actor came back to voice the very young Chloe in the Farewell episode, even though her voice was used only on the oldest version of Chloe we see, and the younger version in BtS is voiced by a different voice actor, but whatever.

But hey, if you played Life is Strange and loved Chloe, this game is worth playing just for that, to explore her story, even if it isn't as well done as it could be.

**ACTUAL SPOILERS AHEAD**

BtS really sets up well, and that's what makes the later parts so disappointing. For one thing, there is a strong implication that Rachel Amber has some sort of power, and considering we later see in LiS that Max has some power, this is totally believable. I mean, the way her scream spreads that fire is so suggestive of a power, and then the fact that the fire which is totally out of control somehow dies down when Rachel is in the hospital even continues this idea that she has some literal connection to the fire besides merely starting it, that she some how has a supernatural connection to it, and there is just no delivery on that.
