Honestly! I've been playing for a week now & I'm completely bored with this already.
There is nothing that this game offers that isn't offered by any other game in the same genre.
One thing I can say is this "TOO MANY TABS" how is it you could not create a user friendly UI.
Would I recommend this game, sure, it's free. You can't beat free for a price tag.
Overall, the game plays well. The graphics look good. Combat is decent enough.
This may be just me cos I'm old but even so, I am accomplished enough to fall into the games veteran player category so I spend most of my time dead or dying, not fun for me but that's easily solved cos I don't see myself playing this for much longer. At the moment I play just to hang with friends online. Even that social element is not enough to keep me in this game long term.

like all these games the objective is forgotten while everyone runs around trying to find out who's the better killer
classes mean nothing. Players play as assault or medic predominantly & considering the amount of medics on the field, none of them stop to pick up downed players, purely used for self healing

it's far cry. Same old story loop, boring & repetitive. there is no originality

Just more of the same far cry formula. Pretty dull to be honest

I'm only going to say this about this game.
A dev team that actually listens & responds to their player base.
A dev team that is actively working tirelessly with the player base to improve the overall gaming experience.
A dev team that has been nothing but open & honest (imo) with all that they are doing with the game.
What more can you ask for from a game & it's developers.
As a foot note, the game is pretty good also

I just don't like it, simple

Honestly, there's not much in the game. very minimal content but I had fun. I actually enjoyed my time in game.

The NPC's/AI need a lot of work. Their FOV is phenominal as it stands. Unless you are standing directly behind them you will be seen & entered into combat. It kind of feels like anything from their ears forward & they can spot you & spot you from a great distance which detracts (imo) from the sneak/stealth option of game play.

The sound is horrendous imo. It is in no way directional, so it makes determining where the NPC's are & where or which direction they are coming from almost impossible.

The world itself is in decent shape, looks nice. Guns look awesome. Does it have issues, sure does but not enough to detract from what it is & it is pre alpha. I'm actually impressed with the state of the game in it's current state considering I've paid for & played triple A titles that were nowhere near as good at launch.

Overall, I had fun & that's the basic that any game can hope to achieve for it's player base, having fun in the game. I will certainly continue to play it as it is & am looking forward to see how this game develops over time.

I was & am still trying to enjoy this game but it freezes & bricks my pc every 30min or so. So it's more a test of ones patience if anyone else is foolish enough to buy it as it is.
I know it's not my pc, brand new rtx 4070ti super, ryzen 9 5900x 4.8ghz. Game is just really in crappy shape

The game play is smooth.
The combat is smooth.
The quest line, omg, does my head in. I feel noticeably dumber after each quest & I need no more assistance at being dumb.
Quests aside the game overall is decent enough for me to play it once & then uninstall.

Honestly, game is hot garbage. That being said, I know I have over 400hrs in game so before the knockers try to attack me for that, the only reason I put so much time into is because a friend of mine was foolish enough to buy me the DLC for Christmas. I wish he'd bought me a pair of socks. At least the socks would've been useful.
The combat is absolutely woeful, you still get hit, even if you dodge because the animation has already plotted it's going to hit you. I can not tell you the amount of arrows or leap attacks I've watched back where the arrow or attack will turn 45 degrees with your dodge just so it can hit you. If you utilise a combat skill, you can't break the animation to dodge if you see an attack coming during the utilisation of said skill. There is no escaping it. You just have to hope you can take the hit & keep going, simple as that.
Speaking of dodge! It lacks in stamina, sure, you can get it up to 3 dodges with the right perks but if you use it all up you then need to wait for it to fully recharge before being able to utilise it again, not part way, not half way but fully recharge.
Now I'll move onto what I think is the biggest farce in the whole game, the parkour. The parkour is the most tragic parkour of any game I have ever played (& I'm old, so I've played a hell of a lot of games) For a game so heavily dependant on parkour it is really pathetically implemented.
The other big disappointment is the elite chests. Very underwhelming in their allocation of loot. From my experience (even with a high luck gear set) 90-95% of what you get from looting the elite chests is absolute trash also. You'll spend a lot of time deconstructing the trash to see if you actually found any gems. I've run innumerable ECR runs & very rarely get anything worthwhile from them. What do I do with a common chestpiece with a gear score of 700, I mean come on, be realistic. Why are we getting common items in high tier/elite areas.
All in all, the game looks great. The game plays like trash. The biggest positive this game has is the community. Great community in a poorly made game.
I really do wish my friend had bought me socks instead of the dlc lmao
