Me after watching a bunch of youtube videos: Man I have no idea what they're doing but it looks so cool... I think I still have this game on steam I guess I'll reinstall it.

This game is awesome, the art is adorable and the music is sweet af. Good stuff.

This game is awesome.

The art style and atmosphere is really well done, The skill trees seem varied enough, but the loot variety is really lacking. It seems like we keep finding the same items even early on.

The game tries to look like it's open-handed with the way you move around the map, but it's very much a hard linear story. Rest assured that everything will be locked until you spoke to the right npcs with ! above their head. Don't ever bother thinking "maybe I should go there", nothing will happen there until someone tells you to go there. You basically only ever do what you get told and rarely have more than 1 relevant place to go to.

I still get the impression that there's a lot of passion behind the project, but unfortunately it didn't turn into something too terribly enjoyable for me.

The game seems like it's short enough for me to finish it just to see where the story goes, but there's no way I could see myself replaying this title, and I wouldn't have played it at all had I known what I was getting into.
