There is nothing that couldn't technically be fixed. Patches are still going so the game is live which is great.
Personally I had not too much bugs or locks during my progress so can't compalin about it's technical state for my experience.

The greatest part of the game is it's ambience and it's story. At least you can wait a bit for more fixes if you have any issues but absolutelly recommend the game for playing anyway, the game can surprise in a good way.
