The first few hours suck, but it gets better. The writing goes from nearly unbearable to alright once the game opens up. Gameplay is great though.

Wasn't sure what to expect going into it, but I've quickly fallen in love with Cozy Grove. It really scratches that Animal Crossing itch. The art is beautiful, and those damn bears are just the most charming ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. This game has had a positive impact on my mental health.

This is a masterpiece. Combat feels tight and rewarding. The performances and soundtrack are among the greatest all time. While the story is simple and the stakes are low, the highlight of the game is the way Kratos' relationship with his son evolves over the journey. If you haven't played any of the old God of War games, one or two beats might not hit the same, but this game does a great job of catching the player up on the most relevant points of Kratos' past. Everybody deserves to experience this.

This is a great puzzle game. The comparisons to Portal are warranted, but I really enjoyed the unique twist of time reversal here. Having to work out the solution in reverse order made some of the relatively simple puzzles feel complicated. There were a few that took me a bit to complete, but by the end of the game, I felt like I'd mastered the art of working backwards.

Pretty legit. It's essentially The Last of Us: The Middle Ages. Gameplay is fine, but it's not really the selling point of the game. Instead, you play for the interesting story, unique setting, and beautiful visuals.

I purchased this game on a whim and have been pleasantly surprised. This is my first step into the genre and I'm not a fan of amusement parks or roller coasters in the real world, but Planet Coaster has somehow managed to captivate me.

I'll start off by saying that I've spent the majority of my time playing sandbox mode. When I first started the game up, I felt very restricted by the building options. It seemed as if the shops and decorations were made with the assumption that everybody was planning to make pirate-themed parks. I believe it was somewhere around the second or third hour when I noticed the "Custom" tab for each category and it has been a complete game-changer. There is a seemingly endless number of possibilities when it comes to putting buildings together. I can easily spend an hour just building the perfect restroom for my guests.

After my first 25 hours, I'm feeling that the game is revealing creativity in me that I didn't know existed. To this point, its been a very enjoyable experience and I can't say enough good things about it. I'm very excited to see where Planet Coaster takes me.

I had never heard of Stardew Valley until I saw a video about it the morning of the release date. I was instantly attracted to the game which reminded me a lot of one of the most played games of my childhood, Harvest Moon 64. At $15, I figured it was worth a look.

After spending around 30 hour with the game, I can honestly say that it's been worth every penny and more. It is clearly influenced by the aforementioned Harvest Moon series, and that's a great thing. The developer has taken everything that I loved about those games and has improved upon them with Stardew Valley.

The game mechanics are very simple and easy to use. There are a lot of things to do in the Valley and they can all be done at your own pace. It offers a very relaxing experience where the player is free to do as they choose.

The people of Pelican Town all have very distinct personalities. As you get to know each citizen, not only will they provide you with items and useful information, but they will sometimes give you "quests". One of the first of these quests I was given came from Mayor Lewis. He needed me to track down his misplaced purple shorts and return them discreetly. I was very surprised when I actually stumbled upon them.

I'm about midway through my first winter and am having a blast with Stardew Valley. It's been a delightful experience to this point and I continue to find myself excited about what my next day in the Valley will bring.
