Its a perfect possible successor to The Forest (taken in account that this just came out as early access).

The thing about early access is that you get to play the game "before its finnished" note this when buying.

The game looks beautiful, the world map is big so lots of options for the developers to expand the cave systems and add storyline. The building system is great. it's scary enough. The forest is a mature forest full of trees and plants. Enemy and companion AI are well developed. There are a few hitbox collider glitches and physics problems like bouncing tree lodges in the water or 3D printer getting stuck, But for early access it is definitely playable.

There is not much of a story: your chopper crashes on an island where you have to find a missing billionaire family and good luck. along the way you'll find notes, information and hints but your brain has to do most of the work. and thats what i really like. There are about 2 or 3 instructions on item usage but the tutorial doesn't take longer than 1 minute combined.

I would rate this a definite 7-8 for a game at this stage and a 9 for an early access production.

The devs should recieve some serious credits for being a small indie studio that easily outperformed some smaller triple A studios for the second time.

This is the first game I bought in years, and im amazed by how avalanche captured the spirit of hogwarts, these 4 friends who started the studio really deserves some serious credits for not messing with the source material and their hard work. I'm happy I paid full price to support their amazing work. Well done
