Getting to tier 2 is a nightmare and a half, However! it is doable, this isnt your average survival game, it takes a keen mind and strategy, the gameplay over all is a blast, progression may be slow, but well worth it. watching your camp go from stick huts to small buildings, recruiting villagers and turning them into warriors fit for your army, managing the risk/reward when it comes to liberations. AND the devs have shown consistent work on improving the game, Right now i give it 7/10 but i project that 7 jumping to a 9 in the near future.

The game may have some potential, but in its current state i wouldnt call it a good game, Very laggy, quest seems to direct you to incorrect locations. building pieces dont line up. Graphics are okay at best. I'll update after the game has had some more time to work out some of the issues.

Sooo this review is a little mixed, there are features about this game i absolutely enjoy, and then there are some parts of the game which i am not even sure if they are supposed to be that way.

This game is very challenging which is a great thing. it is pretty difficult to get a starter base up and running, Predators are OP and most the time will kill you unless you can out maneuver them or avoid them all together(until you get a good set up. My only issue with the strength of the predators is they frequently wander into my "base" as i am building it and quickly destroy it. Normally i would not care as that adds to the challenge. but the hunt for materials to build the base is extremely grindy and if you run into a predator while grinding materials your basically screwed early game.

The Co-Op feature which i was really looking forward to does not seem to work for a lot of people, ive read talks about opening ports in the router and messing with the firewall, and even adding coding to some files. Personally that is to much work for simply playing co-op.

Overall: I recommend this game to players who like survival games, are up for a challenge, and dont mind the realism of grinding a lot for survival.


Pros:
Great challenge can easily sink hours into the game.
More realistic than most survival based games.
Graphics are actually pretty good.

Cons:
Extremely grindy.
Difficult starting off (Even on easy mode)
Co-Op does not seem to work 100%

Fun game, easy to lose hours and hours of time. Takes some time to get used to everything and my advice to everyone is your going to die eventually probably several times. But thats what makes it more thrilling.
