Red Dead 2 is an extraordinary game, best in class, probably one of my all time favorite experiences in a video game.

unplayable in its current state

It's a very interesting concept, but I don't think it's worth price at the moment, since there's very little to do as far as content goes. You can put together your car, but other than that and driving for more parts I haven't seen anything else the game has to offer. I'd still recommend it if you don't consider 12 dollars to be much money, but if you're trying to spend on games that'll carry you for many hours, maybe try finding a different one for now. It's promising, but not quite there yet.

I played this game during the free period and then instead of buying it decided to launch it from the executable file and play it more. I then realized that if I'm willing to play the game from the executable then it's probably worth the money.

It's not like playing minecraft for the first time again, but its pretty good.

Outstanding game in nearly every aspect, definitely deserving of GOTY.

I'm judging this off of the first hour or so of gameplay, which I consider the most important time to hook your players.

This game looks and sounds really good, but I had almost no incentive to play it beyond the fact that I spent 15 dollars on it. There's so little to go off of in the beginning that I can't help but feel apathetic towards the game and the questions it asks. It has some neat features, but overall I don't really get it and feel like I could spend the money on something more enjoyable. If I got this game for free then I would probably like it more, since I'm not investing any money into it, but based on what I've been shown so far I can't say that I'm impressed enough to keep playing.

Also the controls are wack, but that's just because the game was designed for controllers.
