Crazy Driver is broken still (as far as I can tell). I earned it in-game legitimately (running over 3 people with the car), and then used an external program to award it.

Do you have a list of where the story items are? Or, how to earn Storyteller achievement if it is not getting all story items? In Of Bird and Cage. Thanks!
